“The info they provide isn't trustworthy

Pros

Their follow up was terrible and I don't trust them. I would not recommend using them if you can avoid it. Also their customer service and execution were just awful.

They are not reliable and I will never use them again.

It is easy to use but let me mention that you will need to be somewhat tech-savvy to implement it.

The bulk download feature for BOLs and labels is a real time-saver. I personally think it is awesome!

Well the prices they quoted were not honored. I have shipped over 150 orders and almost all of them were charged more than what was quoted as only 3 were correct.

Not only I find it highly user friendly but I must say the prices are very competitive too.

“Great for shipping newbies

I really like how easy it is to use and how user friendly the interface is. I had no experience with freight shipping but now I do it all the time. Freight Club makes it way too easy to set up shipments and find the best prices.

Cons

The user interface feels a bit cluttered and customer service is not great. Also there are some poor carriers on the site and there is no way to rate them or file complaints.

Getting a quote for shipping is really simple with it.

Cons

Sometimes the address book auto-fills with the wrong information which annoys me.

The shipping prices are great and the dashboard is awesome. It really makes my life easier. Moreover the customer support is great too!

I wish there were more carriers to choose from and I wish Shopify worked better with Freight Club. But that's more of a Shopify issue than Freight Club's.

“Highly advanced freight platform

Pros

It is easy to use, the interface is great and they often have the lowest rates. Plus they offer both LTL and ground shipping which I like about it.

Cons

Customer service is very poor as they either ignore you or don't follow up. Overages are common and I cannot trust the room of choice/white glove service. And often when booking this service, the driver just drops off the item and leaves refusing to complete the white glove service. Also there is a lack of support and poor communication with local installers.

“An essential tool to have

Pros

Freight Club makes it pretty fast and easy to schedule freight for all my orders. Plus the customer service is amazing too and you can't beat the pricing. So I definitely recommend using Freight Club.

Cons

This is more about the carriers than Freight Club itself but I have not been able to find a reliable one. I have used almost every carrier on Freight Club and nearly all of them have either missed a pickup, lost an order or delivered it to the wrong place. Also the customer service from the carriers is terrible. Going through UPS and FedEx for LTL is more expensive but with all the issues I've had and I am almost at the point where I'd rather pay extra just to ensure my orders get delivered.
