“Offers outstanding service

Pros

Sending gift cards is a simple task especially when you are sending multiple at once. Also I love that I can send them in different currencies.

Cons

Nothing has come up. But I think it would be nice to get a receipt of the purchase.

Well I love how easy it is to send gift cards to our employees. I can even personalize them, schedule them in advance and keep track of all my past purchases.

Cons

None. I think it is a great website.

“Great for recognizing remote team members

Pros

I find it so helpful to design and send gift cards to large groups of employees both domestic and international. Plus the range of places employees can use their cards is huge and caters to different needs. And I appreciate that you can customize the designs with logos and other personal touches.

Cons

The user interface can be a bit clunky but once we spend a few minutes referring to the training/FAQ and clicking around it becomes easy to learn.

“Bulk holiday orders made simple

Pros

It was a huge help with my large company's holiday order. They had people on site to assist with the ordering process and I could track whether employees had received their Giftogram email.

Cons

Well the only issue I had was wiring a large sum for the bulk order. When I had some last minute additions, I could not use the remaining balance with a credit card. However it refunded the unused balance in my account which was great.

“Say goodbye to the hassle of picking out cards

Pros

I love that I can choose any card I want. This site is so much better than others that only let you choose from a limited selection of places. Here I have a great variety of companies to choose from and I especially love that they offer Amazon gift cards.

Cons

The only problem I come across is that you cannot have cold hard cash but if you have the company people want to spend it at, it does not really matter.

“Easy to use and employees love it

Pros

What I like the most about it is how simple and flexible it is. Also it is so easy to use for both the team sending the rewards and the employees receiving them. Plus people love the option to pick the gift card they actually want which makes the gift feel more personal and thoughtful. The platform is clean, user friendly and pretty fast. For a global company like ours it works very well across different teams and locations.

Cons

There is not much to dislike about it but international gift card options could be expanded. Employees outside the U.S. sometimes have fewer options so adding more global retailers would make it even better. Other than that our experience has been smooth overall.

It is very easy to use and offers a smooth and seamless experience. Plus it has a beautifully designed interface. Plus Giftogram makes sending and managing digital gifts simple for us with its great UI/UX that feels user friendly from start to finish.

Cons

Would like to see more options beyond standard gift cards like Amazon vouchers, movie tickets or even experiences. I am talking about something that lets employers reward team members with exciting perks like tickets to a new release.
