“Simple to send gift cards and manage the spending

Pros

Uploading a list of recipients with the quantity to send each is quite easy. Also there are no hidden or extra costs when sending gift cards. And their customer support team is also very responsive and helpful. The best thing is that I was able to complete the gift card process in just a few minutes.

Cons

I feel like it would be helpful if admins were provided with card numbers and details in case an employee loses them.

“Hosting virtual lunch & learns is not a problem now!

Pros

I love being able to upload a list of attendees via an Excel document. The campaign feature is awesome too where I can save a specific limit, select the gift cards I want to send and include a personalized message with every gift card. Also it is great that it automatically generates an invoice after my purchase which is perfect for my expense report.

Cons

Well I have not found anything I dislike so far. Everything has been great.

“Cuts costs and boosts efficiency

Pros

After switching to GiftOGram from another vendor our survey incentive process has become so much smoother. The other vendor had a minimum quantity requirement which often delayed things because we had to wait for more survey responses. This caused issues meeting deadlines. But now we are saving money because we can track unredeemed gift cards and identify those that were undeliverable. This was something the other vendor could not do without extra requests. Plus I appreciate that GiftOGram sends us an email if there is an issue with delivery, so we can immediately fix it and ensure the recipient gets their gift.

Cons

My only issue is that invoices are issued in USD. I do not mind too much but it does make the reconciliation process for our accountants a little tricky.

Giftogram is pretty simple to use and offers us a wide variety of options to choose from.

“The easiest way to show employee appreciation

Pros

It has been proven to be the best for us to reward our teammates for their hard work and to offer various incentives and prizes. One of the best things is that our teammates get to choose where they want to use their gift cards which makes it something they will actually use rather than a generic gift. Also I love that we can schedule these gifts to be sent on specific dates and times. And it is fast, easy and super convenient.

Cons

One thing I wish for is that it would be nice to send gift cards in bulk but still personalize each one with a message. So that would be my only suggestion.

“Quick and user-friendly

Pros

There are multiple design options available for the card and a wide variety of gift cards to choose from for the recipient. Plus I really appreciate that I can order everything from the office without having to leave. It is so much easier to use Giftogram than going to stores to pick gifts employees might like.

Cons

I have not come across anything I do not like about it.

The platform is simple to use and offers customization. It allows you to send the same card to a group or choose specific merchants. My favorite thing about it is that there are so many merchants available to choose from.

Cons

It would be nice to send different amounts to a group so I only have one invoice instead of several. Also the reloadable option is only available for ACH payments.

What I love most about Giftogram is how easy it is to use and how flexible it can be. I do not have to decide where to send a gift card as I can let the recipient choose for themselves. Also it is really easy to track my purchase history.

Cons

Honestly there is nothing I would like to change. If it ain't broke, do not fix it.

“Practical and helpful

Pros

We have been using it to send holiday and birthday gifts and it is quick and easy to set up. Also it has been a hit with our employees because they loved the flexibility to choose their gift. Though we did run into a small issue with one employee and needed to change the currency after the gift was sent out. But the support team was great in getting it resolved.

Cons

Well there is one thing I would love to see is more variety for some countries and maybe some grocery store options but overall the selection is quite amazing.

“Makes gifting employees so easy

Pros

Giftogram has completely removed the hassle of remembering employee birthdays and milestones with its automatic scheduling of campaigns for key dates. Plus the ability to segment our workforce based on location, employment status, etc has given us the flexibility to create customized campaigns that make sense for our organization. As a global company being able to gift in different currencies was a major factor in our decision to implement Giftogram. Once we decided to use it we were up and running quickly.

Cons

Right now scheduled campaigns can only be funded via ACH or wire transfer which requires some planning and ties up funds. Also I feel like it would be great to have the option to fund via credit card. And adding reporting capabilities like tracking scheduled gifts beyond 30 days and gift redemption rates would be helpful.

“Exceeded expectations

Pros

I have been using Giftogram to send survey incentives to research participants and it has been fairly easy to use. Like I have not received any complaints and participants get their gift cards on time. I used it weekly this semester without any issues. At first I needed a little help navigating the site but their customer service was quick and very kind. I highly recommend it to all for its ease of use and quick implementation for sending gift cards.

No complaints. I did not dislike anything about it as I did not face any issues.

Giftogram is completely free to use. Plus the amount you pay for the gift card is exactly what the employee gets. And the platform supports team management which allows you to assign budgets and have full control and visibility over awards. Also it supports campaigns like automatic birthday campaigns. I add employees during onboarding and you can easily incorporate 100% corporate branding at no extra cost. You can upload your own gift card designs. Honestly I could keep going on. I am now at my second company where I have introduced this amazing platform. Oh and it even supports physical cards. We use it all the time for birthdays, sales incentives, awards etc. I have not needed to use customer support which is actually a good sign of how easy it is to use the platform. Implementation is also a simple task. Just register and you are ready to start sending gift cards. Plus you can fund via credit card (great for corporate points) or ACH/Wire.

Cons

The only downside I have noticed is that I would love more robust reporting features. Plus I would like to be able to export a report on gift cards sent per recipient within a custom timeframe. There is also a slight delay before the recipient receives their email usually less than a few hours but I assume a person reviews the transactions. Additionally if a recipient does not redeem a gift card, there is no way to recoup the funds which is like handing out a physical gift card as you do not know what they do with it. But overall I still find it superior to others.

I really enjoy how flexible and easy it is to use. I have used this platform multiple times for the entire company I work for and the feedback from my team has been amazing. Also I love that I can place an order and schedule it for a future delivery date. It really helps take the load off the gifting and planning side of my job.

Cons

I do not have any dislikes to share. The platform has a great selection and I have heard nothing but amazing feedback from my team.

Pros

The best part about Giftogram is the freedom it gives to the recipient. We love knowing that the person receiving the gift can choose from the retailer they prefer. And it is even better that they can split the amount between different retailers. Also we like using the campaigns feature to automatically send gifts for recurring events like birthdays.

Cons

One issue is that at times the sender's interface is not the easiest to use. Like I have had issues logging in a few times. Also funding the account can be more complicated than it needs to be.

What I love most about Giftogram is how simple gifting is. Whether it is for a team celebration or just a thoughtful gesture, the process is easy and stress free. Plus the variety of gift options makes it so there is something for everyone.

Cons

The only issue I have is that they charge your credit card the day the order is placed not when the Giftogram is sent. For example I placed a large order two weeks before the scheduled send date and my card was charged immediately not just pending.

Both our customers and staff love the wide variety of gift cards that Giftogram offers. From Amazon to major grocery stores, restaurants, retail chains and Visa gift cards, they have it all. Plus choosing and using the gift cards is also not a porblem. So thank you for offering such an innovative solution.

There are no cons. In fact the vast selection of gift cards and how easy it is to use make our experience a 5 out of 5 every time.
