“Quite impressed with it
Pros
My client has been experimenting with it and made some amazing images for me. The quality was so impressive that I ended up creating a 2025 marketing calendar for my business. Uploading the designs was very easy and seeing the mock-ups right away really helped me picture the final product. I also loved how I could link my Etsy store directly to the platform. This tool gives me all the print on demand features I need to market and sell my new branded products with ease.
Cons
I really wish there were more size choices for wall calendars as I personally prefer the 11x8.5 format but it is not available.

“Solid start with promising features
Pros
The product selection is pretty huge, giving us lots of options to offer customers. Setting up the Shopify integration was simple too and I got multiple products listed and ready for sale without much hassle.
Cons
Though the user interface looks decent but there is definitely room for improvement. When we ordered one of our products, the shipping took longer than expected and the delivery timeframe wasn't communicated clearly upfront.

“Things are going fairly well
Pros
I have been really pleased with the quality of what this platform produces. The support team is pretty helpful too and always polite when I reach out.
Cons
As I said the support team is really helpful but getting answers takes way longer than it should. Issues that could be sorted out in a quick phone call end up dragging on for days through email back and forth. I get that time zones might play a part but there is got to be a more efficient way to handle this. Also wish there was more of my branding on the packaging whether thats labels, receipts or just something that makes it feel more like my business when customers receive their orders.

“Major disappointment with key features
Pros
The website functions are well enough for basic needs and gets the job done when I am at my desk.
Cons
Gooten build quality was terrible. It is a completely unsellable stuff. Print quality was also mediocre at best and way too small for what we needed. And when I reached out to customer service for info, they could not help me at all and when I complained about the poor quality there response was just thanks for letting us know which was pretty disappointing.

“Thrilled with this discovery
Pros
As an artist who has tried other print services like Printify and Printful I was constantly dealing with quality control issues and misprinted items reaching my customers. This platform has shown a real commitment to quality control and solid business practices which gives me peace of mind to focus on other parts of my business. Also their customer support is phenomenal too as you actually get to talk to real people who respond quickly with accurate information. So I would definitely recommend it.
Cons
The mockups could use some work as at times I find myself doing extra tweaking to get listings looking presentable.
