“Perfect for veterans

Pros

One good thing I noticed about them is that they send random coupons periodically without any notice almost like giving away free money instead of just offering a discount for veterans.

Cons

Some of the discounts do not feel like real discounts. Let me tell you that direct websites offer better incentives than what you get using this site.

The setup process was fairly easy. And as someone who is been in the military, I love that this system helps veterans save and makes it easier for them to find us.

Honestly I cannot think of anything to complain about as it was just that good.

We have had a few complaints with the verification process when fans try to buy tickets and it would be great if there were a more accessible customer service representative to help out.

GOVX helps us reach people we might not have access to otherwise. Also it gives our Military and First Responder fans a chance to attend games at discounted rates. Moreover the platform is very user friendly.

Our sales are not high enough to justify the 10% going to GovX. I think the revenue share percentage is too steep and should be based on tickets sold or similar metrics.

It helps brokers get exemptions from purchasing which I have seen infiltrate GovX offers in the past. Also it lets me provide better rates than usual.

Well I wish there were more analytics available to see who is using the discounts and how often. Plus more customization options for the backend settings of the discounts and the page would also be helpful.

Well I know the discounts I am giving are going to a verified group of customers and this tool makes the process smooth and works fine.
