Pros
One of the things I enjoy most about Intelli Catalog is the clear, detailed illustrations as they take the guesswork out of ordering. Also it is such a relief to be confident in the part I am selecting without second guessing myself. What is even better is being able to look everything up right from my phone whether I am on the shop floor or away from my desk. And because the catalog is regularly updated I know I am always seeing the latest part numbers and pricing which helps avoid mix-ups and delays.
Cons
Getting everything up and running took a little while especially since we had to fine-tune a lot of custom settings. The tool has a lot of useful features but I'd definitely recommend some training or onboarding support for anyone just starting out. That said once I got familiar with how everything works, it has been running smoothly without a hitch.

“Pretty essential for my job”

Working as an Aftersales Manager I can honestly say that Intelli Catalog has taken a lot of stress out of our workflow. Plus getting real time updates means we are never referencing outdated info which speeds up our service tremendously. The 3D images have been especially useful for quickly identifying parts that used to be tricky to match. And the mobile access is proven simply the best for us especially for our team when they are on site as it's made our turnaround time faster and our service more efficient.
Cons
I won't lie that it took us some time to fully get used to the system when we first launched it. There is a lot packed into it which was a bit intimidating in the beginning. But after a bit of trial and error we all got the hang of it and now it's hard to imagine managing things without it.

Intelli Catalog has completely changed the way we handle parts management. What really stands out is how we are always working with the most current information as no more wondering about part availability or pricing. The 3D visuals have been pretty useful for our techs as it makes it easy to pinpoint the exact components they need without confusion. And now that they can access the catalog out in the field with the mobile app, everything runs more smoothly and we respond to customer needs much faster.
Cons
When we first started using Intelli Catalog it took my team a little while to adjust. As the platform is highly feature-rich and at first it felt like a lot to take in. But luckily with some solid training and time spent exploring the tools, everyone became comfortable with it pretty fast.
