The support team is simply the best. They were very helpful, quick to resolve issues and provided great overall client service. So a special thanks to them for effectively onboarding us. Since making the switch we've noticed a slight improvement in the performance of our product ads, while also saving valuable admin time.

Cons

Some products were missed by the product scraper but that is the only issue. We are currently working on this with their team.

Their customer support is simply amazing like I have never experienced such good support anywhere else ever before. As there is always someone available to assist you almost 24/7.

Cons

The price is a concern as other integration platforms charge less than 30%. Intelligent Reach also tries to lock us into 12 month contracts regardless of our marketplace sales volume which feels unfair.

The good is that it removes the hassle of managing product feeds. And I feel like any company investing in Google Shopping should definitely be working with a feed management agency and Intelligent Reach excels at this.

Well I feel like the dashboard could be a bit easier to navigate but it become simple to use once you get the hang of it.

The complexity of some feed rules takes a little time of ours to get used to and may require additional training.
