“User-friendly platform
Pros
It is pretty quick to search for customer info and look up past orders as it makes finding details really easy for me.
Cons
When a customer has placed over 50 orders and tries to search for their name it does not work properly. As the system just says there are too many results and forces us to narrow the search with extra filters.

“Full of useful features
Pros
There are lots of features and all the info is pretty clear. Plus it really helps when sending products across multiple marketplaces without confusion.
Cons
I often have to go in and manually adjust some of the eBay listings because the fields do not always match up with Amazons. So it can get a bit annoying at times.

“Fine for a beginner but not for growing company
Pros
It is really easy to get around the platform and the overall design is powerful too. Plus being able to tweak and customize reports was something that benefited us a lot. And managing the warehouse and inventory stuff worked well too.
Cons
The support experience was pretty disappointing. A lot of the time they'd blame the issues on the sales platforms when the real problem was clearly with Jazva. Also they took forever to respond and overall the system did not offer much in terms of integrations or flexibility. It felt like it was not built to grow with us at all.

Pros
This system covers pretty much everything we need. They have packed in all the key features most businesses would be looking for.
Cons
I find it really difficult to use as it is pretty technical and I definitely need some help navigating it. But the support team only responds every now and then which makes it even harder.

Pros
Jazva takes care of syncing our stock levels across eBay, Amazon and WooCommerce automatically, so anytime something sells it updates right away. This saves us a lot of time when it comes to fulfilling and shipping orders on schedule. I have also got to say as their support team is simply the best. And even though they operate on West Coast hours, they are always available through the live chat button no matter where we are in the system and they have helped us out plenty of times.
Cons
It offers some really detailed reports that could give us deep insights into orders and performance but there is barely any proper documentation explaining how to actually use those features. Even the help center does not go into enough depth which makes it tough to take full advantage of the reporting tools.

Nothing good to say. In short we were completely misled and now we are pursuing legal action for fraud.
Cons
The features they promised were either missing or did not work the way they were supposed to. Even worse as we continued using the system, it actually started breaking things as it corrupted our product data more than once which made it impossible to push correct inventory updates. So we ended up sending out wrong stock and that created major issues for our business. Overall it really hurt our operations.

“Lots of hype but a total failure
Pros
My experience has been awful as the whole thing feels like a complete scam with no real value.
Cons
Nothing worked the way they claimed it would. The reports were awful, the kitting function was basically useless and inventory tracking still was not accurate even after months of trying. Even the staff seemed overwhelmed and barely had time to provide proper support. And shipping automation does not even exist. Honestly I could list problems for hours.

“Does not live up to the promises
Pros
Absolutely nothing positive here that I would like to mention. They just keep handing you off to someone new and when things go wrong, they act like no one ever promised anything. Overall it is a mess and totally unprofessional.
Cons
They are completely dishonest. They advertise advanced listing features but they don't actually have them. On top of that their team did not seem to know what they were doing. After I canceled they kept charging me and even though they said I'd get a refund it never happened.
