“Using it for over a decade and pleased so far

Pros

This is reliable and trustworthy software for building our five eCommerce sites. And since it is a hosted platform we do not have to worry about monitoring the performance or hardware requirements of our sites. Plus the built-in features are smooth, polished and user-friendly.

Cons

Customizing for specific business needs can be a little time consuming and costly. Plus recently support has not been the best.

It is nearly flawless, powerful, comprehensive and offers outstanding performance and security. And over time it has become relatively simple to integrate partner functionalities for marketing and other areas.

Cons

The version we were using had several modules which can be both a pro and a con. And mainly depending on how many parts you need, the costs can add up quickly.
