I always found Koongo's staff to be very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Even the latest issue was resolved very quickly by them. I have been working with it for almost a year and they have consistently gone above and beyond to assist me with any problems I have faced.
Cons
To be honest there is just one thing I dislike about it that there is no direct phone support. All communication happens through chat and tickets which can be frustrating, especially when I need a quick response.

I was hopeful about the software due to its low price. However it turned out to be the best channel I've used and tested. Support was quick and very helpful. As I had many questions and issues but they never ignored me and answered all of them. The setup was done by the team and it works amazingly well.
Cons
Honestly I have no complaints to share as the service from the team is great and the software is easy to use which will save a lot of time in the future.

Koongo makes it easy to list our products across multiple eCommerce channels. Plus they provide excellent customer support to guide us through setting up various platforms and the integration works smoothly with platforms like Ecwid.
Cons
It does not offer phone support. Although their chat support is helpful, I feel like speaking to a representative over the phone would build more confidence and help first-time users stick with the platform.

I highly recommend it to all. Though it seems a bit complicated at first but the support team is always there to help. We switched from Channable to Koongo for our marketplaces and we have been happy with it ever since.
Cons
The support has been very helpful and I've never been let down. So I cannot think of any negatives yet as I have not reached that point.

Well I started using Koongo after a recommendation from IONOS and I have been really impressed with the support I have received. From the very first day until now the team has been super incredible. They have gone above and beyond in assisting me. I can't thank him enough for their help. So yes I would recommend Koongo to all my contacts and I've already begun sharing how helpful and affordable their service is.
