It is a one stop POD ecom solution

Pros

Native integration with Print on Demand services like printify and printful is what truly sets Launch Cart apart. It's available through API but the fact that it's ready to go is fantastic. Even the lower-tier plans allow unlimited products, unlike other e commerce platforms, and the free plan allows for up to 50 products.

Cons

There's one small thing I have noticed: I would appreciate the option for customers to upload images when placing orders for personalized POD products. While text input is allowed, it would be ideal to have the ability to upload images as well, given my specific needs. The support team has been very helpful and I'm hopeful this feature will be added soon. I've also suggested adding a blog writing tool, which I hope will be implemented.

Launch cart helps us grow

Pros

Launch Cart offers the best support and training I've ever experienced with any software. The support group is always available, listens attentively and offers real help. There's nothing like Launch Cart out there today.

Cons

I haven't found any drawbacks so far. The platform and the company continue to evolve and improve every day!

userfriendly and efficient

Pros

This software is very easy to use, which I absolutely love about the product.

Cons

I would prefer if paypal were an available payment option, as this would be a great improvement to Launch cart.

Launch cart is the future

Pros

Launch Cart has given me the chance to create my own brand site instead of relying on platforms like Etsy, Amazon, or eBay. I'm in control, able to design my site and manage how everything is offered. I love the integration with Printful for print-on-demand services, and I can even use other POD platforms. It's free, I use my own domain name, and their Facebook group is amazing. The owner and administrators are attentive, helpful, and care about my success. There's nothing to dislike about Launch Cart.

Cons

A larger banner area for the homepage would be nice, but it's not a major concern. Honestly that's the only small thing I would change. They're always listening to feedback, adding new features and empowering users so there's not much to complain about.

Not perfect yet, but has great potential

Pros

It's free!!! which I really appreciate. They do take 3% per sale but there are no upfront costs, which is crucial for a startup. The integration with Printful is seamless and easy, and adding new products directly from the Launch Cart dashboard is incredibly convenient. I also like that I can customize SEO for each product, even though it can be a bit time-consuming. The mobile-friendly stores are a big advantage in today's mobile-first world. It's clear they are evolving, which is exciting. I can manage multiple stores from one dashboard, which is perfect for building several niche sites without having to log into separate accounts.

Cons

One issue is the security. While I enjoy being able to manage multiple stores with a single login, I believe better security features, like two factor or multi factor authentication, should be implemented to safeguard stores. Additionally the lack of PayPal integration is problematic for me since Printful only supports PayPal and Launch Cart only works with Stripe. I've been informed that PayPal integration is coming soon, which would be a huge help. SEO functionality is also somewhat limited, as there's not much control over aspects like alt tags and meta headers. The themes are also basic, with only seven available. It would be great to see more customization options. The absence of an RSS feed limits site indexing and marketing potential. Plus there's no integration with platforms like WordPress, Facebook Business, or Instagram Shops.

Incredible platform!

Pros

Launch Cart is great! i love it! It has a user-friendly interface and only takes a small fee per sale. There are no limits on how many products you can sell, and you can have as many stores as you want. Switching between stores is a great feature and the easy integration with POD services is an added benefit.

Cons

As the platform is still evolving, I have no complaints at this point. They're very proactive in communicating with shop owners about upcoming features.

A great platform for small business print-on-demand products

Pros

With integrations for printful, stripe and mailchimp, launch cart provides a complete eCommerce platform for selling a wide variety of products and creating personalized products for businesses and consumers.

Cons

It would be nice to have more print on-demand provider integrations for a broader range of products.

Scaled quickly in no time

Pros

I took this platform and grew from zero to $250K in 90 days during the Presidential campaign with no monthly costs. With self-taught tips from YouTube and Facebook, it was easy to learn. Compared to Amazon, Launch Cart offers an excellent way to develop and scale a business with minimal upfront costs. It's been amazing to watch the platform grow alongside my business.

Cons

An email integration system would be a welcome addition and I've heard that might be coming, possibly Mailchimp?

helped us launch in hours, not days!

Pros

I loved the integration with print-on-demand and the product mockup builder. It allowed me to set up a complete store with branded merchandise in hours instead of days. Their customer support is quick and the Facebook support group is active and helpful. The design marketplace was especially great, allowing me to buy designs for a few dollars and get them for sale in my store within minutes!

Cons

I was able to create custom products, but I still need better inventory management and reporting tools for tax purposes. I've been told that these features are in development and will be available soon.

Completely free to use, loved it!

Pros

Signing up for Launch Cart is simple and free, unlike Shopify.

Cons

As a new platform, there aren't as many features as some other established options. However they are consistently adding new features every week.

It feels a bit buggy

Pros

The pricing and range of products offered are fantastic, I really like it. The ability for visitors to personalize products is a great bonus.

Cons

The issue of items in the store not updating is a serious one. After reaching out to support, I was told it would take 2 to 4 weeks to resolve. This is preventing me from making sales. Despite being told I would get a response within 24 hours, it actually took two days for them to inform me that they couldn't do anything at the moment.
