“it is very reliable and customizable
Pros
This software can handle any volume, no matter how high. Even during spikes or heavy traffic, it manages our work smoothly.
Cons
The pricing is on the higher side, and it can be difficult to adjust for those who aren't very technical. I personally preferred the desktop version over the cloud based one.

“Been using it for over 7 years, solid platform
Pros
Linnworks has completely transformed how I manage my e-commerce business. As an online seller with stores on eBay, Amazon and Shopify, I needed a solution that would streamline my operations, and Linnworks delivered.
Cons
Over the last two years, I think they've been acquired and I've noticed that the prices have been changing a lot since then.

“Features overpromised, and the sales director wasn't truthful
Pros
Initially, I liked how it looked and worked. However I was extremely frustrated by their lack of attention to building a good working relationship. Even when the software wasn't a good fit, they continued to charge me. The poor service and unhelpful responses made this the WORST experience I've had with any software company.
Cons
Customer service has been a joke. I honestly don't know who's in charge. The support team always jumps in when there's an issue instead of the account rep assigned to me. They've been dishonest multiple times, claiming they offer demand forecasting when they don't. They also said I could track sales per SKU in real-time, but that's not true either. The software is filled with bugs and is ultimately not useful. Honestly, I'd be better off just using spreadsheets to track my inventory.

“Takes a bit of time to learn
Pros
It gives incredible visibility into my inventory.
Cons
It takes some time to learn, but I think it depends on how you've set everything up.

“Better off looking elsewhere
Pros
If I had a small business with only a few orders to process daily, this software would be just fine.
Cons
This product makes scalability difficult and is not intuitive to set up. The Warehouse Management System is buggy and expensive. The customer support is weak too. Our rep seems to know very little, and even though we've had training sessions scheduled for weeks, no one has actually learned anything. No one seems able to answer any of our questions, and I'm still waiting for email replies.

“Top choice in the industry
Pros
It includes most features and integrations that other software like Sellbrite, Stockkonnect and Sellics don't have.
Cons
The server is slow, and support takes a lot of time. Also, it becomes expensive once we hit certain order limits.

Pros
The marketplace management, catalog management, and dispatch features have been excellent in our experience.
Cons

“Centralizes sales from different channels, but key improvement requests go ignored
Pros
It centralizes all of our sales platforms, which makes everything much easier to manage.
Cons
All of our fundamental improvement requests are ignored. They release updates with new features, but these come with bugs or design errors. Even though we've reported them and they've been confirmed, nothing has been done to fix them. This makes daily use of the software painful.

“Outstanding software overall
Pros
The inventory management and product listing features are great for organizing everything. I like it.
Cons
Some features took longer than expected to develop, like the ability to handle images with extended properties for Magento 2 and Shopify.

“Amazing and dependable software
Pros
It offers vast integrations with various channels and is easy to use. Plus, there are no limits on the number of users or SKUs.
Cons
I think it's a bit expensive and tech tickets sometimes take longer than they should to get resolved.

“A good foundation for an eCommerce business
Pros
Linnworks offers a user-friendly system that I can customize to meet the needs of my small to medium-sized e-commerce business. The order management system is just as good as many of the competitors, and the new desktop version of order processing is much more intelligent. However, it can look a bit cluttered, which makes it harder to use when I'm in a rush. The listing process is pretty standard across many marketplaces, but it does allow me to create an almost endless list of properties tailored specifically to my product types.
Cons
The software can be slow and buggy at times. There are also issues when using certain features in Firefox/Chrome, so often I end up needing both browsers open, which is less than ideal.
