“Perfect solution for startups

Pros

We kicked off building our ecommerce platform from scratch back in 2020 with the help of Marketplacer. It is a fantastic platform that makes it easy for anyone to create their own business and connect with an audience. The platform comes loaded with useful features and customization options which makes managing our ecommerce site so much easier. Also the payment processing is quie fast and secure. We were especially impressed by how their CRM handled even the tiniest issues. They are always friendly and ready to help.

Cons

This software has a solid backend which makes it difficult to pinpoint any downsides. One improvement I would suggest is to enhance the experience for users across different platforms.

“Monthly improvements make it even better

Pros

Marketplacer has been a complete solution for our business since we launched in 2015. Over the years it's only gotten better thanks to the regular updates they release. The latest update with the new webstore feature has been a game-changer as it allows us to generate income from our Retail Members.

Cons

Honestly there have not been any issues so far. Every concern we have had has been addressed and resolved successfully for everyone involved.

Pros

The Marketplacer team has truly thought of everything. It is clear that every part of their technology was designed to meet the real world needs of running and growing an online marketplace. The team is not only knowledgeable but also very supportive. They go beyond just providing software as they really care about helping us succeed.

Cons

There have been a couple of times when I noticed that the terminology used leans more towards Australian English than American English.
