I don't use Mergado often but my teammates use it every day. I wanted to make some improvements for better marketing and I did not know how to do it. But the support team was the best as they quickly assisted me and responded right away. So thanks to them.

Nothing to mention as I don't use it enough to find any cons. But the feedback I got from my teammates was mainly positive.

Pros

We have been using Mergado for a couple of years and we believe there is no better solution for feed connections. It is easy to use and they also provide great support and webinars.

I love how easy everything is to understand and how well all the resources are introduced. Also it is simple to grasp and the Mergado team is always eager to assist with anything we need.

Sometimes we feel like we want to use all the resources Mergado offers but we have to take it one step at a time.

Using it is not a problem as I get the hang of it without a problem and the combination of quick support in resolving any issues is something that makes it even amazing.

Not only do I find it easy to use but it also offers all the comprehensive services that we were looking for. Overall it is simply the best.

The only thing I have noticed is that some features are a bit more difficult to find.

It works reliably which is the biggest advantage. The UI is simple to use and understand and how it works is clear. Mergado also has a store offering useful add-ons that let us automate more of our feed related tasks.

Though the technical support is very knowledgeable but there have been instances where I would have liked faster resolution of issues.
