Everything from adding products and managing orders to customer support and accounting is pretty easy on Mirakl. It stands out from other marketplaces as navigation is easy and simple, there is no extra paperwork in accounting and keeping track of customer questions is not a problem too.

Cons

We did run into a few problems with single sign-on before but it's been working much better lately. Even with that hiccup, it is still a fantastic platform.

Everything about this platform is great except for the support team and the fact that you cannot add links on certain platforms. Those are really the only downsides.

Cons

There is no way to get in touch with any kind of support as the support link is broken. I had to email the marketing address listed in the terms and conditions and I still have not gotten a response.

The platform is a bit on the pricey side and there is a pretty steep learning curve to fully understand everything it can do.
