Yes from the beginning until now, the software has evolved significantly especially in terms of marketplace integration and order processing. In short it has gotten better I like working with it.

Omni commerce is excellent and very user-friendly. I use it on a regular basis and it is accessible to all users that too pretty easily.

The smooth inventory management and synchronization across all my platforms is what initially attracted me and now it is something I cannot do without. Plus the onboarding process is incredibly easy.

At first some items and menus would not load due to a glitch but after a few updates, everything worked well for me.

I absolutely love the ease of sharing real-time inventory data with our sales reps in the field instantly. it has proven to be a game-changer that keeps everyone aligned and boosts our sales efficiency.

While generating reports and exporting data can be a bit tedious I must say the overall functionality and usability of the system more than make up for it. Also it is a reasonable trade-off for the comprehensive insights it provides.

Once set up correctly the process runs smoothly. Plus I really appreciate receiving notifications for POs, invoices and ASNs.

Over the years the software has had its ups and downs but if I talk about now it is a very reliable product.

There are not any cons at the moment that I remember as it's working well for now.

It provides a huge list of marketplace integrations along with courier partner integration. Also the system syncs seamlessly with all third-party systems in real time which I like the most about it.
