“Simple to work with OrderCircle!

Pros

It connects smoothly with our third-party warehouse, preventing any duplication in order processing.

Cons

OrderCircle seems to be constantly improving. For example I couldn't edit orders marked as "shipped" before but I can do that now.

“Fast and easy sales management software

Pros

I was able to set it up and start using it almost instantly, with only a few minor adjustments from the OrderCircle team. It had most of the essential features we needed to quickly handle B2B phone orders, manage records, and easily manage inventory with ShipStation integration.

Cons

Some areas, like reporting and customer lookup, could be enhanced, but the OrderCircle team is open to working with you to customize the application to fit your business needs. While the application is definitely suitable for wholesale out of the box, we needed something for sales reps and B2B, and eventually, we were able to make OrderCircle work for us.

It's easy to use, simple for customers, and has a clean interface.

Cons

There's not much I can think of. However with COVID, pricing may be a concern for some customers.

OrderCircle is simple to configure and deploy, and the QuickBooks integration makes payment processing and invoicing easy. With Order circle, we were able to create our entire wholesale ordering portal in just a few weeks and start processing orders soon after. It eliminated manual sales entries � saving valuable time for our sales team, and our customers really appreciate it!

Cons

The platform could benefit from additional features and functionalities, and the UI is a bit outdated, lacking visual customization options for a unique storefront. But we've been informed that version 2.0 is expected to be released in early 2021, and we're looking forward to that!

“It is a great software to manage global distributors

Pros

We use the software to enable our authorized distributors across 40 countries to purchase our products.

Cons

You can't modify the design of invoices or documents, nor can you change the system's template.

Yes, it is great as it integrates quickly and is reliable for my business. The best part is the exceptional customer support.

I suggest they should add more features and improve the user interface.

The onboarding process and detailed guidance were the most impactful aspects of the product. As new users, we needed some help to understand the product and its effects better. The team was great in providing support whenever we needed it.

Cons

The features are great, and we can do most tasks with the application. However, the look and feel could be improved, and if that's addressed, it would make it even better.

It's easy to use, integrates effortlessly, and the team is incredibly helpful and friendly. I'm currently managing all of my orders through OrderCircle, and it also works smoothly with QuickBooks.

Cons

There's not much I dislike. Overall it's a good tool to help get things done. But if more integrations are added in the future, that would be amazing.

“Convenient access to orders

Pros

What I really appreciate about this tool is how it provides instant access to all my orders and inventory. I can cancel shipments or invoices directly from OrderCircle. It gives real-time updates when orders are ready to ship, and alerts me when any orders are overdue or when stock levels are low.

Cons

Sometimes it runs a bit slow, but otherwise, it's perfect for my small business!
