Pros

Our experience was simply the best from start to finish. From the discovery phase to installation and user activation the Orderwerks team were fully involved with us. We transitioned from a Sales Rep Order Management system that we'd been using for years with a set timeline to go live. Orderwerks made it happen. The great thing is that the support team not only met all our requirements but also added extra features to help our sales team adjust smoothly.

Cons

We had a list of specs we hoped for and those were addressed as we went through the onboarding process. Also the software worked as we expected with a few extra features we discovered along the way.

“It changed everything for our business

Pros

From managing orders to delivering top notch customer service it always goes above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. And whenever we face issues or have questions, their service is always fast and thoughtful. Among all the ERP/Order/Quote/Delivery management software we have tried Orderwerks has outshined them all in every category.

Cons

Well I would not say that there are cons. As whenever we have a problem or a suggestion it immediately take it into development and create a solution that too usually within DAYS. I have never seen such a fast turnaround in software development.

“Went beyond our expectations

Pros

The integration with QuickBooks and the way it streamlined our business under one platform was amazing. Also the customer service went above and beyond as we never felt like we were on our own.

Cons

I love the option to that allows me to customize the homepage to show New Styles on a rotating basis.

Pros

I love how customizable this software is to match our specific business needs. Also it is a big advantage since not every business or workflow is the same.

Cons

At times the administration side can be a bit confusing but I would say it is nothing to worry about because the customer support is amazing and they respond quickly. And if you have a question or need an explanation, they will take the time to sit down and make sure you fully understand it.

“Works exceptionally well

Pros

Well I really like that the software provides API endpoints that work perfectly with our own APIs which makes ongoing data synchronization seamless.

Cons

They are very accommodating as they provide all the features we want or our missing.

Pros

As a report developer and database architect, I found this software very easy to integrate into our existing system. Plus the front-end interface is user friendly and easy to work with.

Cons

There is one thing that is missing such as to import data we hoped there would be an additional SSIS add-on license from ZappySys.

The product is easy to use and the developer has been great to work with. He responds quickly to any issues that come up and was quick to understand our company's specific needs helping us utilize the software in the best way possible. Also their customer service is simply amazing.

No complaints as it is highly user friendly and pretty easy to use.

Not only is it user friendly but pretty quick to learn. Overall very adaptable to meet our needs.

Cons

There is very little to complain about at this point. The software was just rolled out and there have been only a few bugs which were addressed pretty quickly.
