“Good tool!

Pros

Partful's 3D models make it so easy and quick to identify parts. I also find it to be a really helpful tool for training in the field.

Cons

It would be awesome to have more analytics on the models and individual parts especially without the ordering feature. A heat map showing which parts are being viewed the most would be really helpful!

“Amzing support team

Pros

It really nailed it with all three of these hires across different departments. The support team was great in walking us through the platform's capabilities and selling us on its value for Triangle Tube's customers. They helped align our success goals and the roadmap to get there. Then the project manager took over and coordinated everything, making our outdated CAD files and BOMs turn into actionable tasks for his team. They've been very flexible with the ever changing project timelines and have been incredibly helpful throughout.

Cons

The only thing I'd recommend is scaling the UI a bit. Sometimes the model looks spacious on desktop, but on mobile or tablet, it gets way too cluttered, making it hard to use.

Pros

I love how the development team approached things. They were really open to trying new ways of displaying parts and using the platform. Plus, the system runs very smoothly and fast in live mode which is a huge win!

Cons

Any items outside of CAD require a manual process which can be pretty time consuming for both sides. The PARTFUL system works great but only if the CAD data is correct, complete and good quality. Otherwise, things can get tricky.

“I liked the old PDFs better

Pros

It looks great and it's very easy to identify parts but it's much easier when the customer is right next to you.

Cons

It's really tough to share the parts diagrams, so my customers keep using the old PDF exploded diagrams. I end up having to translate those into the new references every time which can be a problem.

“Fantastic parts!

Pros

It's been incredibly useful for us and we honestly couldn�t be happier with it! From the moment we started using it, everything has felt more streamlined and efficient.

Cons

NO CONS. It's been very useful and we're really happy with it! It's saved us a lot of time and effort and it's made our work much smoother. We're definitely satisfied with how it's been working.

“By far the best!

Pros

The app is very easy to use. You can move, zoom and shift the viewing angles without any issue.

Cons

It would be really helpful to be able to reassemble a few selected parts as you zoom in. This way, you can make sure you're choosing the right one before finalizing things.

Pros

It's so easy to use and feels modern. All the parts list and ordering info are in one spot which makes things much simpler.

Cons

When the internet connection is slower, it can feel a little sluggish but it's not a huge deal, just something to keep in mind.

The Parts Viewer is the best around especially with the 3D exploration of parts. It makes everything so much easier to see and understand.

Cons

Honestly, we use it for all our Allett mower parts and it's been great. I don't have any complaints about it at all.

I love how it breaks down the entire machine into individual parts. You can zoom in or out and move the parts around easily. It makes everything more interactive.

Cons

One small thing is that the screen can be a little too sensitive when you're moving it around which can be a bit annoying at times.

Pros

This is definitely one of the best lookup systems we use. The ability to break apart the diagrams is unlike anything else we've used in any industry.

Cons

I can't think of any issues! It's honestly one of the best tools I've ever used, it's been reliable and easy to work with.

The 3D diagrams are awesome and make it so much easier to identify the parts we need.

Cons

Sometimes, the diagrams move around too quickly which can make it hard to follow at times but it's not a dealbreaker.

Pros

Ordering was fast and easy and everything got delivered without any problems. I didn't have to worry about getting the wrong parts like I sometimes do when I order over the phone.

Cons

Not all the machines I need are available right now but I'm hopeful they'll be added soon.
