Outstanding support experience

Pros

Syncs seamlessly with my Authorize.NET transactions which saves me lots of time.

Cons

I honestly cannot find anything to complain about. Harish was amazing when I had syncing issues and got everything sorted out perfectly.

Excellent customer service

Pros

The reps are very attentive and get back to me quickly every time. Tech support is always ready to jump in and help solve any problems I run into.

Cons

The main issue I have run into is that there is no alert when the automation service gets turned off without you knowing. This has caused headaches during clearing account reconciliation since I have had days worth of transactions that did not sync properly. Also it would be really helpful if merchant fees from our payment processor could automatically get categorized and assigned to customers when syncing with the accounting system but unfortunately this functionality is not available right now.

Assistance they offer is incredible

Pros

I really appreciate how it handles batch processing automatically from our e-commerce and payment systems. The way it takes care of routine transactions without manual intervention has made my daily workflow so much smoother and less stressful.

Cons

Well I noticed the record processing speed could be better as for now it is a bit slow for my liking.

Saves time

Pros

It cuts down the time I spend entering Stripe transactions significantly.

Cons

The platform could use some minor improvements here and there but honestly I cannot think of anything major that bothers me.

Good software with outstanding support

Pros

PayTraQer customer service team was the best to work with. Plus this software is really user friendly and simple to navigate.

Cons

Umm I have been using this with Quickbooks and ran into problems with the QBO ID functionality.

Perfect!!!

Pros

Setting this up was pretty simple and using it feels almost effortless. I have implemented it across multiple client environments and different platforms and honestly you won't find better value for what you pay. The support team has been amazing too as whenever I have reached out they really know their stuff and get back to you quickly. We seamlessly integrated and automated payment processing from both Stripe and Amazon without any headaches. I have been relying on this tool for quite a while now and it makes syncing hundreds of transactions to QuickBooks completely painless.

Cons

Right now I can't think of any major downsides and I'd definitely recommend this to others.

User-Friendly system

Pros

What I find most helpful for our needs are the customization rules that let you control how imported payments get handled when they sync with your accounting software. Since we use QBO this tool makes it simple to take individual payments from various consumers and link them to our specific corporate clients.

Cons

The customization rules feel pretty limited as I am stuck with just 10 rules on my current tier and I am already using 9 of them. It would be great if they offered more flexibility here maybe letting you add extra rules as an add-on or customize how many you get in your package. Other businesses could really benefit from having more options to work with.

Excellent support experience

Pros

I was having trouble downloading my current transactions and reached out through chat support. John M. helped me out and explained that I needed to reconnect my account. He walked me through the process step by step and his instructions were really clear. Now I can get back to finishing what I need to do without any issues.

Cons

When viewing transactions that need syncing I am limited to only 10 items per screen which is really frustrating. Most websites let you adjust this by sometimes showing 10, sometimes up to 100 entries at once. On busy sales days I have lots of transactions but can only handle 10 at a time. What makes it worse is that I cant even select 10 on one page, move to the next page and select more because everything gets unchecked as soon as I navigate away from the first page.
