“Absolutely dreadful experience
Pros
Right now I really don't have anything positive to say about this company.
Cons
Everything about it is bad be it Fulfillment time of something or communication. Even the support has been a real headache with errors popping up left and right.

“Customer support is poor
Pros
This is by far the worst order fulfillment platform I have ever used. The customer service from both their supervisor and support team is poor. The supplier I worked with delivered poor, defective products and Pietra won't issue a full refund to my original payment method. Instead they are forcing me to accept credit for future purchases on their platform. This is ridiculous and I find it completely unacceptable. So I am reporting them as fraudulent to my credit card provider. Stay away from it.
Cons
The customer service and refund policy are very terrible. Also there is a lot of delays in responding to our inquiries.

“Overpriced for sourcing services
Pros
It is easy to find suppliers here though many of them are not very reliable, even if they are recommended. And you could easily find these suppliers on Alibaba so I would say nothing special here.
Cons
When there are issues with factories such as suppliers delivering completely different products than what's listed on Pietra, their customer service just tells us to work with the factories. We already tried that and it did not help.

“Offers better support than others
Pros
Most fulfillment centers do not cater to smaller businesses. We needed a solution with great customer support that would care about smaller brands. When I discovered that my Pietra membership included access to a fulfillment center I had to try it out and I could not be happier as they truly care. So if you are considering Shipbob or Shipmonk I highly recommend giving Pietra a chance. They do not offer unnecessary features, it is simple, tech-forward and it just works.
Cons
To access Pietra's private 3PL you need to be part of their ecosystem. At first,I only wanted to use their fulfillment center but later I realized I needed a membership. And though they offer an affordable month-to-month plan but unfortunately there is no free trial.

“This is a disaster
Pros
The interface is kind of cute. It looked promising and the idea of an all in one solution for influencers to develop and sell products is great but sadly the execution falls short.
Cons
Orders are shipped way too late with items sitting in the queue far longer than the promised fulfillment time. We ended up paying $18 for DHL shipping on an order that could have been sent for $9-12 via USPS. The shipping costs are also very high and it is hard to make a profit with them. Many processes that should be automated are done manually like checking in inventory or listing it to new platforms which wastes a lot of time. And every time a shipment arrives at their warehouse, we have to jump on a Zoom call. Though it promised to list our products on multiple platforms but so far, it has not worked out. For example their Etsy page has only made two sales and has a 1 star rating. They also want to list our products on Twitter Shops but Twitter only allows 50 items per shop, so that is not even feasible. We have not used their sourcing services as I have never had a problem communicating with my Chinese manufacturers who all have English speaking agents.

“Fairly easy to use
Pros
Pietra platform is pretty easy to use and navigate. I never have trouble finding what I need. Plus it integrates pretty well with Shopify which makes my job a lot easier when switching between the two platforms.
Cons
Overall I really like the Pietra softwar but there are just minor tweaks I would like to make. For instance when I get emails saying products have arrived at the fulfillment center, it would be helpful if the email included the specific products. But overall it works really well and smoothly.

“Quite a useful product
Pros
There are lots of options for pretty much everything we might need when building a brand, no matter the size. Also the customer support and onboarding are amazing.
Cons
The messaging platform/inbox works as it gets the job done but it needs a lot of improvements.

“I simply love it!
Pros
I love that I no longer have to go through the hassle of sourcing products the old fashioned way and worrying about things like FOBs and bank account security. Pietra lets me create and feel secure as I grow my brand. Also I can manage such an important part of my business from just one dashboard.
Cons
One thing I don't like is that it does not allow me to archive conversations with suppliers.

“Good one
Pros
It is really easy to find suppliers for specific items and the communication and sampling process is pretty simple too which I like about it.
Cons
The inbox is not easy to manage. Also it would be great to have options like delete, flag, etc. Also it is difficult to find items or suppliers that are not in the preset categories.

“Reliable choice
Pros
One thing I really like is how easy it was to find my manufacturer and reach out to several companies to start conversations.
Cons
I do not like that all the samples have to go to Pietra's warehouse first. As all this adds extra processing time and I feel like it would be easier if I could choose to have them sent directly.

“Perfect for small companies
Pros
Pietra completely changed how I run my small swimwear business. I went from being completely lost, trying to figure everything out myself to having every tool I could possibly need. Plus I use their sourcing tools to find the best suppliers for swimwear and packaging. I trust their supplier vetting process and always get the best deals through their network. I also rely on them for shipping, warehousing and fulfillment. Their shipping rates are the cheapest and their customer service is the fastest I have come across which has allowed me to grow my small business. Plus their marketplace helps me find new sales channels and reach more customers. I cannot recommend this software enough. So if you are starting a business just for it as it made mine possible.
Cons
Honestly I have no complaints to share. They have so many useful tools than I even realized I needed.

“Perfect for sourcing and order management
Pros
Pietra has excellent suppliers and makes the process of issuing RFPs and placing orders pretty simple and smooth for us.
Cons
Well I am very much liking it so far as it has everything I expected. However I think it would be awesome if they could also help with inventory management in the future.

Pros
I love how easy the program is to use and the team dedicated to helping get your products off the ground and selling out. Also they are the most responsive team we have worked with, always ready to help source anything we need and amazing with customer service.

“Happy with our choice
Pros
Pietra makes it so easy to connect and chat with suppliers. Also I can keep all my conversations in one place, send links/documents and schedule calls which makes the product development process so much easier.
Cons
I hope they add bundling features in the future so we can sell kits to our customers without having to break up inventory.

“It's everything I needed
Pros
It is exactly what I needed. It is a great platform for finding suppliers but their fulfillment service really hits the mark. Also it is big enough to handle our volume but still gives our brand the attention and care we need. Other large fulfillment centers brought us on board and then completely forgot about us. Very happy with Pietra.
Cons
The thing that annoys me is that I was looking for services, but the platform treated it like a product instead.

“Allows you to build your brand
Pros
Pietra's platform has so much to offer someone looking to create a new brand and sell products online. Plus the creator tools are easy to use which allows me to manage everything about my business. I can also connect with the team if I have any questions and get insights into inventory and sales data once my brands are live.
Cons
Let me tell you that navigating through the platform can take some time especially when there are many decisions to make when starting a product line like sourcing, branding, ingredients and packaging.
