Pros

I used it for an online store client. We were able to tailor the product recommendation tool to fit the client's specific item types. Using this tool the client's average sale price grew by 60% and the rate of people leaving their carts without buying dropped by 15.7%.

Cons

A true partner that handles all our survey needs

Pros

Our favorite thing is how it handles every kind of survey we need to run. This is crucial for us, because it gets really disorganized when we have to work with multiple companies for different types of surveys. Having a single partner who understands all our requirements has big advantages like getting their suggestions for clever survey concepts. I also have to highlight their staff, they are committed, take initiative and reply quickly. It truly feels like we're one team. Plus their recent platform overhaul has made navigating the system much smoother for us.

Cons

The platform has been trouble-free for us and we're happy with the service. One observation is that you can't be logged into the same account from different devices at once. I also believe having various permission levels for team members would be a great addition for businesses.
