“Great tool with amazing support

Pros

It has really changed the way we do things. It's easy to use and the reports are clear and helpful. Their customer support is top-notch too and they walked us through the setup and have been quick to help whenever we've needed it. With Prisync, we've gained great insights into our market positioning and managing our pricing strategy has never been easier.

Cons

We can't export the competitor URLs ourselves but they're always happy to do it for us when we ask. It's a small thing but it's been helpful when needed.

I get all the competitor pricing data I need in a format that's easy to use. The API works great and their customer support is spot on.

It's a simple product and it does exactly what I need it to do. Nothing complicated, just effective.

Like with most tools, there's setup involved but it's totally worth it. Being able to track thousands of URLs and get real-time feedback has been a game changer for us to understand our position in the market and how things are shifting.

Cons

I strongly recommend using the hybrid system. If you only go with the "channel-based" or "URL-based" systems, you might not get the results you're expecting.

I use It to keep our pricing competitive. Since we sell online, it's important that our prices aren't too high. This tool gives me multiple ways to view the data which helps a lot.

Cons

The only issue I have with Prisync is that sometimes the link doesn't work for certain websites and then the competitor pricing doesn't show up.

Setting up the product was very easy for me. No issues at all with the integration.

The dashboard is really useful but I think it could be even better with some extra customizations for what data gets displayed.
