Creating promotions and coupons is way too simple with it and uploading products is quick and easy too.
Cons
I feel like it would be great to have a built-in popup feature since right now it's something Riqra has to handle directly instead of letting us set it up ourselves.

What I like most about the software is that I can easily and efficiently keep track of my orders and I also have access to the necessary data for each customer.
Cons
The photo requirements are probably the part I like the least. They need specific dimensions which makes it harder to upload regular or standard photos that would help our customers recognize us better.

We have used a couple of software programs and what I really liked about this one is how easy it is to customize many aspects of the store.
Cons
Even though a lot of the store is customizable there are still a few details that need more flexibility. Also it'd be great if users had full control over how the page is organized and could customize every field the customer sees just the way they want.

It is user-friendly and way too easy to use. Plus I like the fact that they keep things fresh with regular updates.
Cons
There are a few things I feel I should be able to handle on my own without needing to reach out to support like changing the status of a sale if I mess it up or editing a user's name when it includes characters like periods. Since those options are not available, I had to get support involved.

Pros
Back in 2020 it was the only tool that matched our budget but platforms like VTEX or Shopify Plus were way out of reach for us. At first we planned to use it as a short-term solution since it did not have all the features we wanted but it covered the essentials. Over time though Riqra really stepped up, adding more functionality and becoming a much more reliable option. As of July 2020 you can tell they are actively listening to users and improving the platform to meet today's eCommerce needs.
Cons
There are quite a few areas that could use improvement like enabling dual-currency purchases which gives us the ability to manage certain functions ourselves instead of going through email, adding goal or rewards programs and improving user management. Overall they really need to enhance and refine the core features they have already built.

It has been pretty helpful for building stronger relationships with our smaller clients across the country especially those who do not have their own platforms. Plus it helps them stay on top of things like purchase orders, inventory and pricing campaigns making the whole process way more organized.
Cons
Being a Chilean company, we have run into a few small hurdles where the platform did not quite meet our local needs. But thankfully we have been able to work through them as we go.
