“Stunning website design and easy management

Pros

I love how easy the Rocketspark web design process is, especially with the WYSIWYG editor. It feels just like using social media. super easy!

Cons

The ecommerce platform could be more comprehensive, especially when compared to some of the larger platforms out there. It has what I need, but it's not as feature-rich.

The ease of use is incredible. Rocketspark's design system makes it possible for even novice designers like me to access great design.

Cons

One downside is the lack of technical support over the weekends. It's a bit challenging when I need help outside of regular business hours.

Sometimes the guides don't have all the answers so I end up reaching out directly for support. It would be helpful if the documentation covered a bit more ground.

The design templates are easy and easy to work with. Plus, I love the ability to work on the site before it's fully launched, and the customer service is also top-notch.

Cons

I would prefer a Picture Slider for each year of the classes I offer, rather than just a slideshow that advances at set time intervals. It would give me more control over the display.

Honestly, there's nothing else that comes to mind right now. I'm generally happy with the platform.

What stood out the most to me was the service. They answer my questions even outside of working hours sometimes! It's impressive how committed they are.

I do struggle with getting my website seen on Google and understanding all the SEO requirements, but I think that's more of a personal challenge than a problem with the platform itself.

The design options are a bit simple. I'd like to see some more advanced stack options or maybe more variety in layouts.

The automated help function is great! It walks you through everything with helpful guides. Whenever I need to talk to a person, they're incredibly friendly and respond quickly. They also follow up to make sure everything's resolved, which I really appreciate.

There's nothing I dislike about Rocketspark. I've had a positive experience so far.

Pros

We've been using Rocketspark for around five years now. When we were looking to switch to wordpress, we decided to stick with Rocketspark because of their excellent customer support over the years. Even though wordpress offers more features, the lack of customer support made us choose Rocketspark. Their designer has been amazing to work with and we're excited for our new website launch in 2023.

Cons

The features on our current website have worked well but we've faced some limitations when trying to make certain changes. The new website we're designing introduces more flexibility and some new functions that I'm excited about.

Creating a polished website is so easy with rocketspark. I really enjoy playing around with the features, and I've been able to build a site that looks professional for my service. The members' site feature is also a huge time saver because I no longer need to use a separate platform. Every time I've interacted with their staff, I've received a quick and helpful response.

Cons

Nothing at this stage. If anything comes up, I just reach out by email and get it sorted.

Rocketspark is a NZ-based platform that's super easy to use with a simple, clean design. The customer service is absolutely amazing.

Cons

There are some missing functionalities but that's expected with newer software. I'm confident it will improve over time but I still love using it.

I can't think of any cons. The website builder is really easy to use, the Rocketspark team provides fantastic support and it's great value for money.

I love the drag-and-drop feature. It makes creating a smooth, professional-looking website so much easier. And if there's an issue, the Rocketspark team is quick to solve it.

I didn't come across any major cons during my use of the platform.

Setting up photos on different landing pages was a little tricky at first, but I was able to figure it out with some patience.
