“Most complete solution
Pros
This platform is very easy to use! Their support team is always there and responds quickly whenever I need help.
Cons
The free version doesn't have the filter I need to sort products by price or availability which is a bummer.

“Great choice for ecommerce solutions
Pros
It's really simple to use and if I run into any issues, the tech support is great at resolving them fast.
Cons
I've only been using it for a little while but one thing I'd mention is how the reports are sorted. Other than that, it works fine for me.

“Ideal for manufacturers
Pros
We managed to create two stores, one for ordering for our distributors and another simple one for the public. It's given us way more flexibility with the design and messaging.
Cons
We're on an older version, so some images don't have alt tags. But we're upgrading soon and the functionality we need will be available then.

“An excellent product for direct ERP integration
Pros
As the person responsible for the ERP, I can say the direct integration is the most valuable feature of SANA's solution. The automatic syncing of customer accounts, stock levels and prices makes life so much easier. I honestly can't imagine the amount of work involved in solutions that don't have this integration. For example, updating stock manually would take up a lot of manpower that could be used elsewhere. Plus, managing sales campaigns is simple, discounts are automatically applied and visible to the customers at the right time. It also makes managing the customer assortment for both B2B and B2C so much smoother.
Cons
The biggest advantage of this solution is also a downside. Since all the data from the e-commerce system is directly integrated with the ERP, you have to make sure everything in the ERP is correct and set up properly for the customers to use it.

“My experience with Scommerce
Pros
I love how flexible the content management admin is. I can easily edit and create things on the page or in the admin panel which makes building a web store a piece of cake.
Cons
Honestly, the only thing I can think of that could be better is uploading pictures to items. It can take a lot of time to get all the file names changed to the correct format.

“Works really well!
Pros
For our B2B Polvo shop which is the Sana shop, the pricing updates happen daily through the ERP. With supply chain issues worldwide, if the buying price goes up, the sales price adjusts too except for some specific customers. So when a client logs in, they see the updated price and there's no confusion between what we see and what the customer sees. Sana uses a web service to fire a request and get the customer's price instantly. It's simple and saves us a lot of time.
Cons
I think the ecommerce consultants could work more closely with our teams so they understand what will work best for the B2B processes. That way, the customizations would fit better to serve the customer's needs.

“Best customer support
Pros
It's really well organized and easy to use. The Sana team is always attentive and helpful when I have any questions or queries. We've needed some very specific customizations for our business and the developers always deliver top-quality work.
Cons
It would be great to have a wider selection of "ready to go" apps and connections instead of needing to add or integrate some of them. Also, I find the help section and documentation could use improvement. Sometimes I search for answers there but I either don't find what I'm looking for or it's hard to find with the search function.

“Easy frontend!
Pros
The integration with the ERP is fantastic and the ease of front-end development is a huge plus. It's also great that I can display dynamic content based on customer segments.
Cons
The integration with email marketing tools is limited and there's not much flexibility for customizations outside of the ERP fields. It would be awesome if we could manually sort our products into subcategories or display them based on best sellers.
