“This Software ROCKS!

Pros

Once I learned how everything works, the software became really easy to use and navigate.

Cons

There isn't much to dislike. Occasionally, we experience issues with tracking reports not syncing back to the platform, but the Sellerchamp team always resolves it quickly.

“Best customer support I have ever received

The customer service makes it easy to resolve issues. Sam, in particular, has provided the best customer service I've ever experienced at LDR Headgear LLC.

Cons

It doesn't bridge the shipping costs from Shopify to Amazon.

The reps are incredibly willing and motivated to work through EVERY challenge professionally and they do it quickly and efficiently. This software has really changed the game for my business!

Honestly I have no complaints. There are features I don't fully understand yet but I'm confident I'll get the hang of them with help from the reps.

“The ultimate software to manage all your eCom platforms

Pros

This software is by far the easiest way I've found to create listings and cross list them on other platforms. I also appreciate that it lets me store individual inventory locations within my warehouse.

Cons

It has occasional bugs but I've tried several other software programs and nothing compares to what SellerChamp offers. Every other software has its bugs too.

Seller champ's application works really well, and it seems like the company's culture is focused on growth and continuously improving for its users.

The SellerChamp app sometimes crashes unexpectedly, causing data loss and forcing users to start over from scratch.

I love that I can post quickly and easily to both ebay and shopify at the same time. Since I'm planning to expand this year, I'm checking out the other channels Sellerchamp supports. I also get quick replies whenever I have questions.

Cons

My least favorite thing is that there's a minimum price I must set for items on eBay, for example. When that happens, I have to manually go to eBay and miss out on using the software's features.

SellerChamp integrates with eBay and Amazon, which is exactly what I needed. It syncs my inventory across both platforms. Their tech support is responsive and helpful whenever there's a bug and I love the repricer tool, it's really helped me move older items.

Cons

I can't sort my 4,500 items by location within the web interface. So, if I need my employees to check all items in a specific area, I have to export the data and use excel to create a report. Also there's no option to input the purchase date or lot/invoice number, which makes tracking where items came from impossible.

The only downside to Seller champ is that they're still new, learning and developing. The price reflects that, but I encourage you to try it out and see how great it is for yourself. “don't waste your time or money

I used Seller champ for ebay and amazon for several years, and things were going great until suddenly they stopped working. Instead of fixing the issue, they just blamed the channels.

Although their service stopped working, they never refunded the money that was owed to us.

Cons

It's frustrating that inventory can't be added using a mobile device. I think a UPC scan option from a phone or scanner would be amazing.
