Pros

What I like the most about it is how easy it is to use like once you understand how everything works you will not need any sort of help. And the way their different tools communicate with each other giving a complete overview on a single dashboard is simply amazing. I use the analytics dashboard daily which provides an in-depth view of inventory and orders, along with the automatic review request feature. I would say it is a must for those working with private labels. Also the automation options are highly customizable. The integration with my store including loading historical data, took just under five minutes.

Cons

Right now I don't have any issues with the software. Even when I ran into a minor problem with the monthly order limit, it was resolved quickly like within just a couple of hours.

SellerMagnet has a simple, user-friendly interface which makes it easy and simple to track data and trends daily. I have been using their analytics dashboard for orders and inventory, along with the product sourcer to identify other potential products to sell on Amazon. It is great for analyzing margins, sales and competitors. Plus the integration with my seller account was nearly instant and the changelog notifications I set up arrive on time and are precise which is a big plus.

I have to admit I was a bit overwhelmed by the amount of material to study in order to use SellerMagnet to its full potential. With so many features in one solution the initial setup was more complex than I had anticipated. But once I got the hang of it everything became very simple.

I have been using SellerMagnet daily for the past two months and the integration with my Amazon Seller account was seamless and easy. Whenever I had questions, the support team was quick to respond. Here are some details about the features. Like Profit Dashboard has been proven very helpful as I can track my inventory by adding specific costs, quantities, etc and monitor both gross and net revenue for my orders. Also it is amazing that I can choose from four different strategies depending on my goal for a particular product. Since using it I have noticed more wins for the buy box. It shows profitability and key metrics for each ASIN I check. Plus it is really helpful and saves a lot of time. Once I set up the automatic review campaign I can let it run on its own while I focus on other tasks. It works flawlessly. Overall I am very satisfied with SellerMagnet and its features. It's easy to use, has a user-friendly UI and I highly recommend it.

Cons

There is nothing particularly negative I can point out but as I mentioned to customer support, adding video tutorials would be really helpful in making it easier to understand how to use each tool that SellerMagnet provides.
