“Works better than I expected

Pros

It is really easy to use and makes online shopping way more convenient. Plus I really like the pay in 4 option as it helps when I need something but do not want to pay the full amount upfront.

Cons

I see way too many product ads that do not interest me at all. Also logging into the app sometimes takes longer than it should.

Sezzle works with pretty much any store which is awesome. Also it is quite simple and a great option for customers like me who like to split up their payments.

Cons

Well I am not a fan of needing a subscription just to shop but the platform still offers lots of useful free integrations that make up for it.

Using it is not a problem and switching up the payment method is quick too. And the best thing is that there are no card fees if you pay with your bank account. Plus their virtual card works fast too. I even get rewards for paying on time.

Cons

Everything is working well so far so no complaints. They do send quite a few update emails but it is not something that really bothers me.

What I like most is how fast I get approved whenever I shop online using Sezzle.

It is frustrating that some of my favorite stores do not offer this as a payment option.

Well I have nothing good to say. They let Revenge Body scam me. I showed proof my house was not where the package was delivered but they did not care. Now I am stuck paying for something I never even got. So won't ever use Sezzle or give that store another dime.

Cons

The customer support is simply the worse. So when you are in a tough spot, let me tell you that you will not find any sort of helpful as they pretty much leave you hanging.

“A solid option if you need payment help

My payments were processed quickly and they kept me updated every step of the way both with the order and the payment status which is great.

Cons

The late fee is way too high and the other thing I did not like is that grace period they give just is not long enough.

I am thankful to Sezzle as it gave me a chance to open an account, especially since other pay later platforms make it so difficult to get approved.

I honestly found the Premium feature confusing. Also I failed to get anyone to clearly explain how it works, what the virtual card does or why it only works in limited situations.

Being able to purchase now and pay later makes shopping so much easier. I simply love it as it is a very great option.

One thing I do not like is how high the late fees can get. IT just seems a bit much.

Zero positive experiences. This company is shady so I would say avoid them at all costs. If I could give negative stars I totally would.

I booked a hotel through their service but when I arrived, the hotel had no record of my reservation. I had my 6 year old with me and had to leave and crash at a friend's place. The whole trip got ruined as we only had four days and lost most of it just trying to find a new place. I contacted Sezzle and all they said was no refunds. I mean Seriously? I even tried removing my payment method and it would not let me. I paid off some shoes I bought but there is no way I am paying that $500 charge for something I never got. Plus I have called multiple times asking for a supervisor but no call back yet. I had to dispute it with my bank and provided proof the hotel never got the booking. So I would suggest that you stick with Affirm as they are just scammers.

Sezzle setup process was simple and quick. And out of all the pay in 4 services I offer, it pays out the fastest.

Cons

Honestly nothing that I do not like as it has worked fine for me overall.

What I enjoy most is being able to buy things and pay for them either weekly or every other week using a structured plan.

Getting approved by it was not easy, but once I was in it became really simple to use.

Well not everyone can afford big payments upfront but splitting a bill into four smaller amounts makes it manageable as it really helps take the pressure off. This is what Sezzle does for you. Overall I am quite happy that I discovered it.

I just wish more stores accepted Sezzle as a payment method as this is something that would make it even better.

I feel like it is perfect for customers who cannot cover the full amount right away. As it lets them pay in chunks which makes services or items way more accessible.

They hit you with a $15 fee if your account sits unused for 30 days which I feel like is pretty unfair.

One thing I like is that there are several different ways I can break up my payments. In short it gives me flexibility.

Late fees,which they charge are quite high, I admit but let's be real everyone does this So nothing major as I find it a good one.

This tool is great when mainly when I am making purchases as it simplifies the whole process. Plus the different payment plans they offer are really helpful too.

One thing I am not too happy about is that it is not available as a payment method on more websites.

Their support team is amazing. They respond faster than a lot of in store reps. Also I love that they have flexible payment options and only charge one late fee per order instead of piling them on daily. You can even use it to buy gift cards perfect for the holidays.

Cons

The list of retailers is always changing and most of the stores listed are ones I have never heard of. Plus there is barely any info about what they sell just the name and a vague summary.

Sezzle helps people like me buy essentials stuff by letting us break the cost into smaller chunks. And that is a big deal for me which is why I love it!

Cons

I do not like that they tack on extra charges when you miss a payment as it feels like you are being taxed for being a day late.

If you are tight on cash Sezzle is a lifesaver. As no interest, split payments every two weeks, only paying a quarter upfront? It is kind of perfect and I am a big fan.

If you miss a payment by even a day, they will charge you right away. I really think the grace period should be a bit more forgiving.

If you are looking to offer split payments, Sezzle is a great and flexible option. As it worked great in our niche without any complications.

The tool did what I needed it to do so no major complaints. That said the design could be cleaner and some customers were not familiar with the brand which caused issues for us.
