“It's an amazing tool overall just a little expensive
Pros
After 6 months of setup, we've finally made our workflows more reliable and are beginning to take full advantage of the software.
Cons
There are significant additional costs beyond the subscription, such as charges for labels, extra user email addresses, fees for the hive and costs for accessing shipment status updates. Connecting with our PrestaShop was tricky and the "audit" and implementation assistance phase was too brief.

“The essential tool to manage the shipment of these orders!
Pros
It connects easily to almost all our tools, retrieves all orders, keeps product stock updated, generates carrier labels (and other necessary documents), and sends parcel tracking links to different platforms. It's definitely an essential tool for any e-merchant managing logistics.
Cons
I'm looking forward to the stock replenishment alert tool and a more advanced tool for shipment statistics, which should be available soon!

“The quick and easy edition of transport labels
Pros
I've been using ShippingBo daily since 2017 for creating all my shipping labels.
Cons
The fixed rate for published labels increases transport costs. Additionally, parcel tracking events (such as "on its way" or "delivered") come at an extra cost.

“Amazing software that has evolved very well over the last fewyears
Pros
It groups all orders, connects to all marketplaces and our CMS, centralizes labeling, and features advanced stock management and location tracking. There are optimizations for order picking, and the product constantly evolves to meet changing needs.
Cons
The support responses aren't always tailored to our needs and often lack a full understanding of our issues.

Pros
The connection to our online store (Shopify) works excellently. Stock management is incredibly reliable, with no discrepancies in 6 months of use. The support team is efficient, competent, and responsive to our requests for improvements. There's also great integration with carriers.
Cons
Finding the right tools was difficult! However, one issue has been resolved, being able to validate a line with a button during picking without scanning the same item multiple times. We stopped using the PDA for picking because it took too long to scan each book and area, especially when books lacked barcodes. There still isn't a button to indicate that we've picked a book without scanning it.

Pros
Its implementation allowed us to move forward significantly. We were able to manage our increased turnover without difficulty, thanks to substantial improvements in warehouse productivity and efficiency.

There's no way to mark locations as vacant or indicate locations identified multiple times.

With many sites, ShippingBo eliminates the need to connect to numerous back offices to prepare our orders.
Cons
There are still many manual tasks I have to handle, like configuring relay points. The documentation is lacking, especially when it comes to configuring fields for external services. The solution is evolving faster than the documentation can keep up. There are many small improvements I think could be made, such as showing the name of search results (e.g., �X orders match the filter�), the ability to comment on stock movements, or creating receipts without having to use a CSV import. While most of the information is available, it's not always easy for me to access.

“It saves us a lot of time!
Pros
Overall I'm satisfied with the service, as it saves a significant amount of time on shipment management. Having all our carrier contracts in one place is a huge plus and the after-sales service is excellent in case of issues.
Cons
I believe the search engine really needs to be improved, it's quite outdated. A Google-style search bar would make it much easier to quickly search for orders or customers.
