“Simple to use and budget-friendly
Pros
I really like how easy it was to use and how I could compare multiple options all in one place. It made the workflow so much smoother and I could easily keep track of my shipments with tracking numbers.
Cons
Our system kept restarting and wouldn't stay on the home screen which caused some confusion for a few team members. They didn't realize they needed to save frequently used addresses (probably more of a user issue than a software one).

“Awful experience
Pros
Honestly, I'm so frustrated right now with It that I can't recommend it at all. Until they sort out the issues, I wouldn't suggest investing in the software.
Cons
This company is honestly the most frustrating! Do NOT use this software. The security features keep pausing my account and there's no 24/7 support. They put a limit on how many labels I can print but offer no solutions when we tell them we need to print more. Tonight, my account was paused twice in the middle of a huge label printing project.

The easy setup and simple use of this product really made customers choose it for their website. It's been a great decision for them.
Cons
I couldn't figure out how to create a form to capture the email address of customers who want to receive the newsletter. It was really frustrating.

“My go to tool
Pros
The fact that I can print a batch of orders and ship them all for a reasonable price is a big win for me. It's such a time-saver.
Cons
We had some issues at first where we had to manually enter each order, which was super time-consuming. But when we reached out to customer support, they were really helpful and solved the problem.

It's really easy to use. Importing from the USA to Lima is excellent and the service is amazing. You can buy a lot of things at a competitive price which I love.
Cons
It takes a while when it's stuck at customs. We have to wait several days.
