I strongly recommend this

Pros

The whole setup process and everything going on behind the scenes is pretty easy to understand. Honestly I really enjoy using this system.

Cons

If you are not quite familiar with systems like this, it is pretty easy to get lost in all the menus. That said I would say their awesome customer support and all the guides on the site really help smooth things out.

Simple and user-friendly

Pros

ShippyPro software is fairly simple to use and really user friendly. Overall I find it fun to navigate around.

Cons

Setting up rules can be a little tricky to figure out and one thing I take as a limitation is that it mostly just lets you adjust the rules around which carriers get used.

Nice product but a little expensive

Pros

It was so easy for us to integrate this into our setup. Plus the API works great and gets the job done pretty nicely.

Cons

Well it is definitely on the pricey side and the dashboard does not offer much in terms of customization. Plus we pretty much have to pay for every extra feature.

Has its goods and bads

Pros

The best thing about it is that it makes everything way easier. And adding couriers and shops all in one place just simplifies the whole process even more for us.

Cons

ShippyPro old interface was not the prettiest but it had features I liked. The new UI looks better but it's missing some of those old options. I wish they could have kept the layout from before and just given it the updated look.

A reliable tool

Pros

I have had a pretty great experience with it so far. The software is really easy to manage and get the hang of.

Cons

There are a few things that could still be improved but overall it is a great piece of software.

Provides the best support

Pros

Their support team is always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Plus the software's interface is clean and quite user friendly.

Cons

Every now and then the templates don't line up because of formatting differences or the way clients courier accounts are set up so we have to build new ones from scratch.

Give it a try and you will not regret it

Pros

The automation is simply spot-on and it has saved me a lot of time at work which I definitely like.

Cons

Honestly I do not feel like anything needs to be changed as the system's been running smoothly for me without any issues.

Pros

ShippyPro is quite user friendly and I love how quick and easy it makes shipping things.

Cons

One-of-a-kind order management platform

Pros

Closing out bulk orders and exporting files through Excel is really smooth and efficient. Overall I never knew it would be this easy.

Cons

I am a big fan of the design, how the processing engine works and the quick update times. Overall it feels pretty efficient all around.

Worth trying!

Pros

I really like knowing I am always getting the best price. Plus features like postcode blocking are a great bonus too as it helps redirect to other couriers when needed. And yeah it is way too easy to use.

Cons

The lack of one on one training made things a bit difficult at first. It was all handled through the helpdesk and I had to figure things out on my own. Plus I would have preferred some video sessions or something more hands-on.

Simply the best tool

Pros

Creating labels could not be simpler. And anytime I have run into an issue, their team jumps in right away with a fix or workaround.

Cons

So far I have not had anything to complain about. It has always worked well for me though sometimes their servers take a little while to respond.
