The integration team really gets our needs. The software works flawlessly with our order management system. Comparing rates is so easy now and with all the new features, I can't think of a single situation that isn't covered or being worked on.

The way Amazon's shipping services are set up can be a bit confusing sometimes. They don't always show the best rates or methods but it works fine about 85% of the time. I've heard the team is working with Amazon to fix this and from what I understand, most of the problem is on Amazon's end.

It offers some great labeling tools. It helps us make sure we're sending the right product to the right client, every time. Plus, the live dashboard is fantastic for tracking shipments in real-time. The way it integrates with our inventory and shipping tools is smooth and quick.

We've been assigned a really dedicated team of experts. They've been amazing, always making sure everything goes smoothly and we don't run into any problems with the product.
