Pros
It's very user-friendly, and the backend is simple to handle. The customer support is amazing too and they truly understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions, responding quickly. The team, including Yashwant, Pooja, Illa, Deelip, and everyone else, is exceptional.
Cons
It feels a bit pricey compared to others in the market. They should consider making it more affordable to attract more customers. I also need to create more websites, but I might have to use other, more budget-friendly platforms. And Sometimes it seems like they're not open to experimenting or trying something new. They seem quite rigid with what they've already implemented in the system.
