“Great e-commerce platform for large product
Pros
We run a big catalog of products and one of the things that really drew us to this platform was the ability to set multiple suppliers for each product. It automatically picks the best supplier when a purchase happens or when a product is shown. The product specs templates for each category make it easy to keep everything organized and consistent. The AI feature that does a lot of this work for you is a huge time-saver. Plus the built-in designer is smooth for our non-technical team to use compared to other platforms.
Cons
We ran into a couple of issues with API uploads but their team sorted it out really quickly. It seemed to be specific to our use case, so I think that was the main reason for the hiccup.

“Designed specifically for B2B companies
Pros
I really like how user friendly this platform is. It's perfect for everyday people to use. The pricing is great too and the features you get for that price are definitely worth it. We use the CSV import tool a lot to quickly add product info and it works like a charm.
Cons
The product customization features are great especially for variants and options but when it comes to more complex products, the customization can be tricky to complete.

“flexible and powerful tool
Pros
The custom CSS editor is perfect for adding that personal touch to our storefront. I also love how many options there are through the API. The CMS content editor with the Rules editor is very cool because it lets me show specific content based on certain conditions. This has been a game changer for us!
Cons
There are a lot of options for setting up the final price using margins, discounts or a fixed price but it would be really helpful if we could import prices from connected external suppliers for each one.

“Integrates smoothly with awesome support
Pros
Our storefront on Shopamine is really fast and we love the support we get. It's easy to use and the dashboard is quick too. Plus, the integration with our ERP is smooth and works perfectly.
Cons
There were just a few small issues here and there but they were resolved pretty quickly which was great.

“I'm satisfied user in both B2B and B2C.
Pros
The app is very easy to use and interactive. The filters are excellent for sorting and managing things. I really like that it allows us to set up personalized pricing for both B2B and B2C customers, making everything more streamlined.
Cons
The credit card payment processing isn't ideal for me and I really wish I could edit customer emails directly. It's a bit of a letdown.

“Powers our global digital platform!
Pros
Personalizing content based on users' browsing history or preferences has been awesome. The self-service landing page builder is perfect for quick updates like when we needed to create a page for a yoga event in Spain and Germany. It only took us two hours which is way faster than before when we'd have to wait for developers. I also love how easily we can use Shopamine's APIs to connect with other third-party services. The Product Information Model (PIM) lets us build product catalogs quickly and replicating shopfronts for different locations is easy without plugins. It's all in one and works with other ERPs smoothly which is perfect for our needs.
Cons
It would be awesome if we could import and export pages across different shopfronts. Also a stronger access control mechanism for the Publish workflow would be really helpful. I'm happy to hear from the Shopamine team that both of these features will be added in future updates.

“Efficient B2B distribution
Pros
The SEO features are really strong. Elastic search works quickly and is responsive and everything is optimized for mobile devices. It's great that no extra plugins are needed. The CMS and e-commerce work right out of the box and the personalization options are solid.
Cons
The user rules can feel overwhelming especially when you're just getting started. But once you get the hang of it, it's manageable.

The simplicity of this platform is fantastic. I love that I can manage all our sales from one place. The SEO reach is amazing and it really helps boost our visibility.
Cons
I wish there was support for Bitcoin Lightning payments but unfortunately, it's not available right now.

Pros
It has been awesome. We've been able to use tons of features right from the start. Even non technical people can work with it easily. It's been great for customizing content for different user groups. Setting up and managing this content on the backend is really easy and we can build landing pages with customizations super quickly. This has helped us get more of our products in front of our customers.
Cons
If we want to accommodate articles, I think a little more development will be needed to make it work smoothly.
