“Grow without losing control

Pros

I really like Shopify Plus because, as an IT lead, it offers enterprise-level security and a flexible API. We were able to add our own custom checkout logic, SSO and automate workflows without it affecting performance.

Cons

The price is pretty high especially when a lot of the features require third-party apps. I also feel like the support response is slower during peak seasons which can be frustrating.

Pros

What I love most about It is the ability to customize everything. As a growing business with complex needs, customization is key for us. The customer support is fantastic and I also appreciate having access to beta programs.

Cons

The 100 variant limit is definitely the worst part about Shopify Plus. But I've heard they're going to remove that limit soon, so fingers crossed!

“Best tool for online stores

Pros

It's so user-friendly and always up to date with the latest innovations and trends. The multiple integrations available are great and the reporting is super efficient.

Cons

They assign you an account manager but honestly, they don't really help much. They promise you everything and then they hand you off to a new person who does the same thing all over again.

“Perfect for larger businesses

I really enjoyed using the checkout liquid to customize the checkout process and the Launchpad app has been great too!

Cons

For us, the price wasn't worth it. It's super expensive and I think it's more suited for B2B businesses. We've struggled to use the full value of the platform and the support we were promised kind of disappeared once the platform was set up.

The support you get is top-notch. You have a dedicated Shopify customer success manager and you can get technical help whenever you need it.

Cons

Honestly the stress of needing to bring in a ton of leads to stay in the Partners Program is much.

It is a one-stop shop, and I honestly don't know where we'd be without it. The apps and channels that integrate seamlessly make our daily operations so much easier. Whether you're a small business or a large one, It meets all your needs. Navigating It is easy and everything you need is in one place. Bug fixes are fast and if Shopify ever crashes, it's back up within minutes without needing to reach out for help. It's a game changer! Shopify is used by businesses all over the world, making starting a business easy and fun. It really adapts to the unique needs and workflows of any business.

Cons

There's not much to say here but sometimes Shopify updates how or where something is shown on the page without letting you know. It can cause a bit of confusion if you can't find the change right away. It's not a huge deal but it can be frustrating to sort out without notice.

One of the best features for me has been its scalability. It can handle massive traffic and sales volumes without crashing which is perfect for high-growth businesses.

Cons

I can't really do what I want behind the scenes. I'm just a little too nosey for my own good!
