“Best choice for small businesses

Pros

Above all ShopSite's customer service is exceptional. The team is friendly, approachable and highly knowledgeable. Also the backend management tools are trulyyy exceptional making it simple to manage our online store. I also really like that they offer an all in one solution including both the store platform and hosting. This made setting up the store and implementing security features quick and hassle free.

Cons

The only downside for me is the limited shipping integration options. We ship nationwide and had to set up our own generic flat rates.

Pros

ShopSite platform offers fantastic built in features like mobile commerce, Facebook stores, coupons, gift certificates and more. I would say it worth the price.

Cons

It lags sometimes but it's not really something I dislike just an occasional inconvenience and it happens veryyy rarely.
