“Quite happy with our choice
Pros
The tool works flawlessly and the Shopvibes team handles all the API connections for us. They have even helped us simplify complex processes for instance, we can send a product listing just once to a multi-country marketplace instead of doing it separately for each region. The translation feature is a huge plus too. Their communication is lightning fast too as they reply to all our emails within an hour.
Cons
One downside for us is that there is no current way to import orders into Shopvibes which limits our ability to manage everything through a single API platform. Also support for some of the less common marketplaces is still missing.

“Work made easy
Pros
I love that all of our product data is finally centralized and can be exported quickly in the formats each client requires. Plus the customer service has been top notch right from the beginning. Even the team is really dedicated and knows the industry well as they have come up with a great solution to a major pain point.
Cons
In the early days the user interface felt a bit basic to me and took some time to get used to. But just a couple of updates later things already look a lot more polished and user friendly.

Pros
What we really value is the collaborative relationship. Even the support is always there when we need it and uploading images is simple and fast.
Cons
When it came to uploading partner templates via Excel, we had to go back and make quite a few adjustments afterward to get everything aligned properly.

Pros
Anytime we run into an issue support jumps in right away. Plus they are pretty responsive and make integrating different export formats quite smooth and efficient.
Cons
One drawback for us is the relatively high subscription cost as it's way too high compared to what we initially expected.

“Revolutionizing data processing
Pros
Because of our broad and varied product range, getting everything integrated took a bit longer but it was totally worth the effort. Shopvibes now plays a key role in helping us set up external product listings and prepare for various sales activities. Also it supports our internal data matching and analysis. And the software is constantly improving and the feedback exchange with the team is always productive and solution oriented.
Cons
At the moment there is not much we find lacking mainly because the Shopvibes team listens closely to feedback and actively works on implementing features that match our needs.
