“Retail execution solution
Pros
The overall quality of this platform really stands out. It helps keep the team focused and cuts out the usual chaos of repetitive tasks. Also there is a lot of functionality built into every part of it. Plus getting started with it was not a problem, all thanks to their step by step customer support.
Cons
There are a few minor bugs now and then but they usually get fixed quite fast. So no major complaints to share.

It is a very powerful yet simple platform that's made field execution a simple process for my sales team.
Cons
I do not have a lot to say here but I will admit the learning curve especially with all the updates it does take some time to get used to.

Pros
I love that the support team behind SimplyDepo comes from a wholesale background. You can really tell they know the industry. Plus all the features are smart and save me a lot of time.
Cons
Honestly not much to dislike. They keep rolling out new features which I really like about it.

Pros
Well I handed over a list of our customers and products and by the next day, we were up and running. Training was also quite simple since the mobile app is pretty simple. We just set up our routes and my sales team got started right away.
Cons
I mean it is not going to fully replace my ERP but to be real, I don't have the time to switch from Sage or SAP. So I will just deal with it and SimplyDepo makes it a little easier to swallow.

“Our go-to wholesale order solution
Pros
I am really impressed with how complete the order management tools are in this wholesale platform. Also the QuickBooks integration made our financial tracking so much easier and managing our field reps has gotten way more efficient.
Cons
So far I have not come across anything negative about the Wholesale Platform. Anytime we give feedback the team jumps on it right away. Overall it has been a really smooth ride.

Pros
With SimplyDepo I can track all my sales activity from store details to contact names and orders. It is like it does everything. It even helps us plan the best sales routes using Google Maps and iMaps.
Cons
I do not really have any complaints about it. The only thing I would like to see is an admin view that shows the notes sales reps leave at each location.

The tech tools here are key to building and growing your distribution network. A lot of the features instantly make field performance better. And as a CEO it is great to have full visibility and control over everything going on with our brand.
Cons
Some key features were missing at first but we reached out and their dev team actually added and improved a few of them for us.

It is pretty easy to use and has a strong set of features. We have only been using the mobile and web apps for a few months and already seeing big improvements in sales.
Cons
I do wish it had Faire integration and adding Fishbowl integration would be great too.
