I recommend it

Pros

I really liked the Zoom call with a highly knowledgeable person. She answered all of our questions and for the ones she was not sure about, she reached out to her support team and got back to me the same day.

Cons

My only complaint is that it took 2 days to schedule a Zoom call. However compared to other companies these days at least we got a one on one meeting. Also I wish that when a new product is added after a bulk push it would automatically sync with the POS.

Simply superb

Pros

This is the best for syncing your Wix inventory with Square POS and Square for Retail. Also the Product search, Multi Sync features and Sync Events list are all very useful. Plus you can view all your orders and customers and the auto push feature which is currently in Beta is great for automating new product additions to your commerce site. And the two-way inventory syncing is the perfect solution for businesses selling both online and in a physical store with Square POS, Terminal or Square Retail systems.

Cons

I have not come across any issues with the app.

Works but needs a lot of improvements

Pros

The inventory push and integration are pretty simple and the customer support agent serving me was very knowledgeable.

Cons

Photos do not sync from Woo to Clover. Also categories do not transfer from Woo to Clover. Moreover descriptions do not push from Woo to Clover. Overall I noticed some serious problems.

Transition was quick and pretty smooth

Pros

It is fairly easy to use. Also they connected TikTok and Shopify so well. Overall I like this tool.

Cons

Some items need to be very precise in order to connect but the team was really helpful in guiding and assisting me.

A must-have for our small business

Pros

The ability to link Square with our BigCommerce account is a huge advantage. Plus it gives us the flexibility to have consistent information across all our online platforms as it's a game changer.

Cons

I think the pricing could be more affordable but I guess that's just part of doing business.

Very pleased

Pros

I liked how SKU IQ syncs orders and manages inventory quantities so well saving me both time and effort.

Cons

It is frustrating that SKU IQ only allows for single item removal. Also I think it would be much more efficient if they offered bulk multi selection for this task.

Ideal for integrating with Lightspeed & Wix

Pros

Connecting services is way too easy with SKU IQ and the support team is excellent too. As they all assisted me whenever I needed.

Cons

I feel like it would be awesome to have bi directional sync for all elements.

Pros

Exactly what I needed

Pros

This was exactly what I was looking for. A perfect way to sync my point of sale inventory with my e-commerce platform.

Cons

Avoid it!

Pros

There is nothing much I like about it just that it does things faster than doing things manually. That's pretty much it.

Cons

It is way too expensive and not customized for individual businesses. Also it does not always work and there is zero customer support, despite the website claiming there is dedicated phone support.
