“Misleading and offers bad support

On paper the platform looked really promising and I had no trouble linking it with Shopify. But honestly that is pretty much where the positives stopped for me.

Cons

This whole experience felt like a borderline scam. I signed up for the trial and canceled it that same day but never got a confirmation. Weeks later I was hit with a $99 charge for a yearly subscription I never agreed to. It took their support team days to reply and when they finally did, they said they had no record of my cancellation and refused to give me a refund. What is worse is that they won't even let you remove your credit card from their system. So that is just unacceptable and raises serious concerns about data privacy.

Warning just stay far away from this company. It gives a total scam vibe. So just do not invest your money here.

This company was a total nightmare for me. They charged me and then locked me out of my account. I tried reaching out several times and was completely ignored. Their support is a total joke. It felt like I was talking to emotionless bots. If you care about your money and time just do not bother with them as they act like they could not care less about their users. Huge red flags everywhere.

“Nothing but a scam

Pros

Setting up my credit card for them to charge was probably the easiest part of the whole experience.

Cons

Totally terrible customer service. Profit margins are simply awful compared to other platforms. Also the interface is clunky, with annoying popups and you only get a few items per page. Try searching for something and going back to page 25? Nope not possible so good luck clicking through five pages at a time just to find what you missed.

“Refund policy is simply the worse

Pros

Well I had a bad experience overall. Feels like they find different ways to take your money. And do not count on getting a refund even when it's clearly their fault.

Cons

Spocket's refund policy is seriously bad. Even when it is their mistake they refuse to give refunds. As it has happened to me twice now and it's beyond frustrating.

They are just out to scam you. I tried canceling and instead of doing that they kept pushing more offers my way but never actually canceled anything.

Everything about this platform is just bad. It is a mess. They are scammers that is all.

Pros

Spocket platform seemed like it might be useful but in the end it felt like a greedy AI just trying to grab your payment no matter what. So I would say definitely proceed with caution.

The layout is pretty confusing and their support is cold and unhelpful. The whole thing left me feeling like just another number but not a valued user. Overall it was a miserable experience.

Honestly I did not see any real value. The service felt misleading and I can't think of anything good to say about it.

I ran into billing issues, got weak customer support and the whole thing just felt shady. In short using it was frustrating from the start.

“Watch out as they are not trustworthy

I only used Spocket for about an hour or two so I do not have enough experience with it yet to comment on specific features or recommend anything.

My time with it was pretty disappointing and felt borderline dishonest. I am just a basic user and I ended up getting charged $300/month for their top-tier Unicorn plan which I never chose. Here is what happened they upgraded me without permission. I got no notice that the trial ended or that billing had started. I only found the $300 charge by checking my bank. And though I did not use any services after the trial yet still got billed. They stuck to their no-refund policy even though I clearly did not agree to the plan. Plus their replies were vague and did not really address my questions. In contrast I had a similar issue with AutoDS and they refunded me right away and handled things professionally. My advice is that watch your account closely, expect no flexibility with refunds and be very cautious. Also Spocket's lack of communication and shady billing practices really turned me off. I would recommend looking into other platforms that actually care about their users.

“Ideal for dropshipping

Pros

Spocket is pretty simple and easy to use. Plus the layout makes product sourcing easy and efficient if you are into dropshipping.

Cons

So far everything's been working well. I am still enjoying using the app and have not had any issues yet.

Pros

It is overall simple and beginner friendly which in my eyes makes it a decent choice if you are just starting out.

Cons

Some of the new updates in the app get rolled out without any warning which causes a lot of confusion for us.
