“Solid tool

Pros

I like the ability to search for orders by email or name and the option to view live carts. Also it is easy to send shipping labels and handle returns. Another great feature is the ability to merge customer accounts and easily update passwords.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that it can be a bit slow when searching for specific orders or emails especially when there are thousands of results to sift through.
