It is great that customers can make payments while we are on the move and the system is overall very user friendly.
Cons
The Square app and card reader are not always reliable and tend to go down frequently which I think is very unfortunate.

Transactions work pretty well for us when set up correctly.
Cons
The reports are not great as they seem to be designed by IT rather than accountants or bookkeepers. Also I noticed customer support is lacking when needed.
