Pros

Stedger makes the whole process of sharing product data with retailers much easier allowing us to quickly customize product details, prices and images to fit our needs.

Cons

For highly complex retailer requirements there is a bit of a learning curve when configuring each unique output format. However their support has been very helpful in guiding us through this.

Gets the job done

Pros

The setup process is pretty simple. We were up and running with a full range of products in just 30 minutes. Orders flow through smoothly and whenever an issue arises, customer support is quick to respond and always helpful.

Cons

Well the current discoverability and flexibility can be somewhat limiting for many I think. And if you have a large number of products it can be difficult to quickly sort and find exactly what you are looking for.

Support team is awesome

Pros

Stedger is user friendly and easy to navigate. The setup process is quick and the ability to adjust image sizes to match my website preferences has saved me a lot of time. Also the Stedger team is very supportive.

Cons

The monthly price is increasing and when combined with the variable fees, Stedger is becoming more expensive than another dropshipping platform I use.

Pros

It is easy to use and my customers really appreciate the fast and simple integration.

Cons

We needed more options for additional data which was not there but once we pointed out the problem this issue has since been resolved.

Pros

The API works pretty well and the service is excellent whenever we have any questions or need assistance.

Cons

One issue I have noticed is that it is not possible to filter products by whether they have pictures or not.

Saves time

Pros

It is easy to use and integrate with Shopify. Also there is no manual work required which saves us time and price lists are a great feature too.

Cons

There is not enough Shopify data linked though it's planned. Also the price shown to resellers includes a shipping estimate which is not helpful for us.

I really like it

Pros

The setup is simple and convenient. Also it runs smoothly without requiring additional attention from our team.

Cons

The only issue I have come across is with the incorrect order count within specific date ranges. While it may not seem like a major problem I hope it gets resolved and that we can have the correct data for 2024.

Cons

It is disappointing that the monthly price has slightly increased but let me mention one thing that the price to performance ratio is still very good.

Efficient tool

Pros

There are so many good things about this tool but one thing that tops the chart for me is the order overview as it is really well designed.

Cons

I feel like the addition of the Tack and Trace feature will be a good solution for providing accurate costs.
