The customer support is excellent! I'm not particularly tech oriented, but the team has always been there to help and has resolved any issues I've faced without any problem.
Cons
At the moment, I don't have any complaints, although most of my issues have been related to my own lack of knowledge. Once I get the hang of things, I expect everything will run smoothly.

Pros
Subbly's customer service and support are top-notch! I also love being able to offer different commitment terms to my subscribers. This flexibility benefits my business, and my customers appreciate the option to pay monthly for any subscription length that suits them.
Cons
I honestly can't think of anything negative to say! Over the course of my 2+ years with Subbly, any time I've had a question, concern or issue, the team has been quick to respond, provide help and even escalate matters to the developer team when necessary.

“Customer service could use some improvement”
Pros
I did have an issue with a meeting being rescheduled and then canceled without being rescheduled, which was a bit frustrating. However the rest of the experience with Subbly has been positive, so I'm hopeful that this was just a one-off.
Cons
I've had some issues with customer service not meeting expectations. It feels like they do everything to reel you in, but then you're left waiting or hanging when you need support the most.
