Not the best option as better choices exist

Pros

What's cool is that I actually got this through AppSumo for free and that for like five years ago or even more.

Cons

After all this time it still does not have the key integrations I was hoping for which is a letdown.

Has strong automation

Pros

One thing I really like is how you can build out your team structure right inside the software. Plus I can easily add people under my organization and assign them specific roles.

Cons

A lot of platforms really shine when they sync smoothly with other apps. But SyncSpider still needs to expand its app integration list if it wants to stand out more.

Needs a lot of improvements

Pros

I find it pretty easy to get the hang of and just as easy to set up. Plus the support team is really amazing too.

Cons

Some of the features just did not work right for me like filters and manufacturer SKU mapping. Also the system is not that fast or efficient. Updating stock for around 1600 products took over 10 hours. Also it's be better if it could skip SKUs not in the Shopware database instead of trying to update every single row in the export file.

Worth every penny

Pros

The free trial is pretty impressive as it offers features that are better than what you get from some other platforms. That said I still think there is room for them to bring even more value to users.

Cons

There is always a better option out there especially when other platforms are offering double the features for free. So yes I will say explore your options.

Pros

I love how it connects with so many of the apps I already use some of which I did not even expect. And if I hit a bump support is quick to jump in, even though the documentation is already pretty thorough. They are also really fast at adding new integrations which I really appreciate. Overall it is clear the team really cares about making things better for the users.

Cons

The UI/UX feels a little outdated. Also it is not as beginner-friendly as Zapier was when I first started using it. So yeah there is definitely a bit of a learning curve here.

By far the top B2B platform

Pros

My favorite thing about SyncSpider is how well it handles automation. With everything moving online and not everyone being tech-savvy, this tool does the heavy lifting and boosts productivity. Also it is really affordable and once you get the hang of it, it's honestly one of the best B2B apps out there. The help chat is a great bonus as they are always available and quite responsive when I have questions.

Cons

If you are not already familiar with how it works, let me tell you it can be really time-consuming to figure everything out.
