It works really well with our current software BusinessVision and handles inventory smoothly.
Cons
The admin dashboard is not laid out very well. Also I feel like adding a simple search tool would make it much easier to find the right section without wasting time clicking around.

“Perfect for strong eRP-integrated stores
Pros
It is perfect for small or mid-sized companies that want a strong online store without using platforms like Shopify that take a cut of sales and might not connect with your ERP. With it you can build a top-tier website that integrates deeply with your ERP. If you use Business Vision or Spire and maybe others, you can give both account and retail customers a seamless online shopping experience similar to what bigger competitors offer. You also get full control over user access letting them check prices, see stock levels, place orders, create templates and review past web orders.
Cons
There is not a full user manual so we might not be using every feature available and there are a lot of controls on the admin side! That said it support replies quickly and they do have helpful tutorials for some setup tasks. If I had one suggestion, it would have been better to schedule our initial training closer to our launch date instead of during the early data entry phase.

“Ran very smoothly after learning
Pros
Once everything was explained and I spent time learning the new features, things ran very smoothly. The written guides were pretty helpful after the virtual training. Each part of the program was clearly explained in a logical way and the headings were easy to understand not full of tech jargon. That was a big plus.
Cons
I feel like there is too much space between product images and descriptions, so they should be closer together. And right now it looks a bit empty. Maybe putting the text next to the image would help. During setup only one person was trained which meant the rest of the team kept doing their regular work. It's taken time for others to learn how to add new products, enter images, assign categories, write descriptions and manage alternates. Overall it's still a bit challenging but we are getting there.

We wanted a platform that would integrate with Business Vision but still let us switch systems later if needed. It gave us that flexibility.
Cons
Like any integration software sometimes how we do things in our business does not perfectly match how the software was originally designed.

“saves us so much time
Pros
The integration between it and our accounting software saves us so much time. It automatically syncs inventory, pricing and customer info without us lifting a finger. Online orders flow right into our accounting system. I also love that we can add more features as our needs change.
Cons
It is not perfect no software is. And I feel like it could use better maintenance tools and more reporting features.

“Love how it connects with businessvision
Pros
I really like how it connects with our BusinessVision software. With just two or three people, we manage a website with over 25,000 items. We have used it for years and it's kept up with all the changes. Also the team are great to work with and really know their stuff.
Cons
There is not much I dislike. We are upgrading to the newest version now and it looks like they have added most of the features we wanted. I would not mind a little more help with our site's SEO, though.

Pros
It integrates with our ERP and updates automatically whenever data changes. The interface is user-friendly for how much it can do and the support team is quick and knowledgeable. They also update the product regularly.
Cons

Terracor made everything simple to set up and use. Their support has been amazing and I would recommend them to anyone without an IT department. As the owner of a mid-sized business, I wear many hats and we definitely did not want a complicated site. Our site is user-friendly for both customers and our team. It got us up and running right on schedule and the platform grows right along with our business.
Cons
Integrating with our uncommon ERP system was complex as they had to map all our data fields manually. Learning a new system is never easy but support always replied within 24 hours. They roll out new features every year and consider our input during upgrades.

Pros
There are too many positives to name but the biggest for us were the Terracor team's willingness to tailor the solution to our needs, the platforms flexibility and the integration and automation that helped us scale.
Cons
Like with any platform there are a few functions we wish were included. The good news is it is open to custom feature requests and provided quotes to speed up development for our most urgent needs.

The product and processes integrated really well with our software making it easy to add e-commerce to our existing workflow. Also its layout and features match Sage BusinessVision really well.
Cons
There is an occasional glitch but that's normal with any ERP or software. As long as you save often like you should in any program, you will be fine. In over four years using it, I have never lost data.
