“Smart and affordable

Pros

My favourite feature is the book scanning feature as it makes it pretty quick and easy to list books which eventually saves a ton of time.

Cons

The fees can be quite high as eBay, Amazon and Thriftily take a percentage of each sale often leaving us with less than 30% of the total.

I found the website very user friendly and easy to navigate. Plus it has a lot of useful features and overall I highly recommend it.

Cons

Well I cannot say anything bad as I really enjoy the experience.

It's really easy to use and everyone on our team can access it from both their phones and laptops without any hassle which is the best thing about it.

Pros

The website looks great and is constantly improving. Also it has becoming more user-friendly and it's awesome that we can now access it via mobile. Overall it works well for our business.

Cons

Nothing much but I would like to see a category specifically for women's suits like matching skirts and jackets or jackets with trousers. Also some material descriptions are incorrect for example satin is a finish, not a fabric type like cotton. Additionally I feel like the variety in styles and color options could be improved.

“Improvements will make it better

Pros

As a seller I find the dashboard clean and simple. Plus it provides quick access to inventory, stats and orders. I also like being able to track pending and previously shipped items. And the mobile app has definitely improved too.

Cons

I prefer if clothes and pre-priced items like books and DVDs had separate inventories or at least could be separated in the shelving section. Since clothes are manually priced it would be nice to view them more easily without scrolling through pages of books. Also for shipping, larger pictures or a link to a bigger image would be helpful as the current photos are difficult to see. As I feel like it would make it easier to double-check I am selecting the right item.

“Truly amazing tool

Pros

Thriftify is clean, easy to understand and pretty user friendly. I especially love the updated phone app as it now lets me do everything on the go.

Cons

The only issue is that the brand names are not listed in alphabetical order. Initially they seem to be but toward the end, they get jumbled and it takes a lot of my time to find the right one.
