“Interactive and amazing platform

Pros

The customer service is just amazing and super helpful and professional. It's easy to use and there are so many options available.

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints about It. Anytime I've had an issue, I've reached out to customer service and we usually find a solution. It might not happen right away but the ongoing dialogue helps and the features I needed have often been developed over time to suit our needs.

Pros

It is very easy to use and saves me a lot of time. I love how well it integrates with other platforms and the customer service is top notch. It's a great B2B platform overall.

Cons

In the end, our business didn't need a B2B sales platform partner. Even though It's awesome and I'd recommend it to anyone, our company changed direction and we didn't need it for our new business model.

“Things became a lot easier with it

Pros

What I really like about this tool is that I can manage most of my business in one place. It's so easy to use compared to other systems that have failed at being user friendly. Traede really delivers on that.

Cons

If I had to mention one thing, it's that the written feedback I got the first time I contacted them was brief. But other than that everything has been great.

“Couldn't be happier with it!

Pros

It works great for B2B, plus it integrates with my ERP, WMS and B2C systems. The real time reports and customer support are also fantastic.

Cons

It would be nice to have the option to create Purchase Orders but I know that's coming soon, so I'm looking forward to that.

“I'm really satisfied with it

Pros

I find it super user-friendly and the visual appeal it offers to customers is a big plus. The interface is easy to use and the customer service is amazing and always quick to respond and so patient. The team is always working on new improvements.

Cons

Uploading pictures to products can be tricky sometimes and the program has some quirks with it. I also wish admins could import data directly like when we need to fix large columns in products or add products ourselves without having to rely so much on the Traede team.

“My experience wirh Traede

Pros

It's really easy to switch between features and keep track of my sales. I also love being able to follow my log which is a nice touch.

Cons

There are just too many different sizes of numbers and letters. I'd prefer larger fonts across the board. While it's definitely an advanced system, it's still pretty easy to use. But the layout of some pages feels inconsistent.

Pros

I really enjoy working with It because it makes managing orders and reorders so much easier, both for me as an agent and for my customers. The product images are clear and I can easily see all the details.

Cons

Honestly it's self-explanatory, so no description needed.

Pros

After just two sessions with the Traede team, everything felt so easy to use. It didn't take long to get the hang of things.

Cons

Since it's a new product, there are a few early bugs and some features aren't implemented yet. But I'm sure they'll be added over time.

“B2B solutions vary a lot

Pros

The quick responses when I needed help were great. The images and layout were very clear and I picked it up in no time.

Cons

There are just too many pages to use and sometimes it can be slow to load.
