Pros
The system gives you amazing freedom to set up your products. Handling partial charges, changing payment dates, applying complex promotions and grouping services together are all simple jobs that you can design and control without any trouble. It also lets you set up automatic tasks for your business, opening up a huge range of hands-off options.
Cons
The Business Operations section is highly adaptable and lets you change a lot of settings. Its visual design could be more modern but the company has confirmed a visual refresh is scheduled for this year.

Support team is both quick and precise and the platform comes with a full set of highly adaptable tools.
Cons
It was a bit overwhelming initially because of the sheer number of choices but their staff guides you through it, making everything much easier to handle.

Pros
Our digital marketing firm saves a massive amount of time with this platform. We can create intricate promotional offers and plans based on usage. It also includes tools for financial reports and for sending and receiving Direct Debit payment information.
Cons
I needed some training to use the more advanced tools. I think this could be skipped if the layout included more step-by-step guides and helpful hints especially since other parts of the system are so easy to understand.

Since we work with public subscription services, we need that freedom to build specific promotions for our audience. I love that we can use it as a single, unified system for all our different services. We can establish different payment schedules for clients depending on the service they use. We set up the data importer to accept our usage information through CSV files and it worked perfectly right away.
Cons
We're pleased with how quickly the team reacts. We needed to get up to speed on the platform and they organized very effective training sessions for us.

Pros
Setting up costs for pay-as-you-go services is incredibly versatile. We can define our own unique metrics for each transaction and include them in the final cost. This lets us split our pricing for city versus suburban areas, specific time periods, speed of service, and more. This freedom, along with the option to build plans that include free resources, lets us perfectly adjust our marketing plans for our electric vehicle software.
Cons
We can't find any downsides currently. We're satisfied with both the software and the help desk.

Pros
Really appreciate being able to set up a service menu and then sign up new customers in just a few clicks. I also use the feature that emails invoices directly to clients all the time, alongside the customizable billing and invoicing schedules.
Cons
I never felt the platform was lacking in tools but getting comfortable with the more sophisticated functions took a little time as we wanted to fully automate our billing for services that include usage charges. The help desk was always quick to reply and eager to assist.

I was pleased that it was simple to operate and set up for our needs. The service runs very reliably without any major issues and most importantly, it's precise and adaptable. The software has a great benefit of linking with other programs through webhooks which was ideal for my situation. The option to design your own invoice layouts is a definite edge over other systems.
Cons
A few specific items would be useful like small enhancements to the search options and the data summaries.

It's a modern cloud-based system that also gave us the choice to host it on our own servers. It works with protocols like radius & diameter. We set up both pay-in-advance and pay-afterwards accounts on the platform and perform live cost calculation for both. The system can also calculate costs without a live connection. We smoothly connected it with our payment processors, customer database and accounting software.
Cons
Not really. You can always find ways to make a good thing even better.
